I SENT DEMAND DRAFT FOR RS. 3142/- ON 20.12.2008 TO THE GENERAL MANAGER, INDIA GOVERNMENT MINT, SHAHID BHAGAT SINGH MARG, FORT, MUMBAI 400023 FOR PURCHASE OF 2 SET OF COINS ON A/C OF TER CENTENARY OF GUR-TA-GADDI OF SRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB. ALL CORRESPONDENCE/ E MAIL SENT HAVE DBROUGHT NO RESULT SO FAR. DELIVERY OF COINS IS STILL AWAITED.

Same here sir. I had sent a DD for Rs.5511/- for 3 proof sets of TER CENTENARY OF GUR-TA-GADDI OF SRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB. The emails are never responded. And even the operator also doesnt know the status. The best way is to put a RTI and bring them to accountability.

I have had a talk to the supervisor there and he assured that the delivery will start from August 2009. We can only wait.

my regd no is 2893/18.11.2008 & 3069/5.5.2009, the coin should despatch with in six month, but near about ten month passed, what is the problem please reply through E .mail

Even i haven't received my order no MM3563 for the same set of coins till now .

can anyone suggest how to trace my order.

I taken D.D. in the name of Minit Mumbai for booking coins on[protected]the last date for booking coin is[protected]. But did not sent it in time. Now may sent the request form and the same D.D. can i get it in time or not please advice in this regard. I am having D.D for 3 sets of coins sir.

I had tried to call many times, leave alone sending e-mails to them.
Yet no response.
I guess, that is how the Government officers works.

what, s the official web address of mumbai mint.Any body knows the booking details of St.alphonsa coin .In what name the DD should taken.

You innocent people believe in Govt.working and send DDs and then fret and fume. If you are smart like me, do not waste your time in booking and waiting, rather you buy directly on E-bay, like I do.

I have applied for commemorative coin sets on the theme"TER - CENTENARY OF GUR-TA-GADDI OF SHRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB"

1 Proof set and 2 Uncirculated,total 3 sets i have ordered but not receieved yet.
My booking registration number is GUR-TA--1275.

I had booked coins on 5th July 2012. but till date not received the set. I am trying to call on the telephone nos but no response. Can any one tell me about the current status. Details are as follows -
