Sub: About the officers of our elected Government who do not follow the instruction of their senior’s asking corruption to do the work of the people.
Sir,
I have written, to several top officers of our country and state, several letters weight approximate 3 Kg. regarding the illegal inheritance of my agricultural land by an unregistered farmer and her children in an unjustified fraud and foul manner, losing all my rights and benefits to my own property.
All the officers to whom I have send the above mentioned subject matter read my complaints, regarded them and the same have been forwarded to the their subordinates to do the needful as per the law permits, with a copy of the forwarding letter to the complainer for information that the responsible person in authority would do the needful to do justice to the right matter and right person. But the matter goes tied up in the red file, layering it with layers of thick dust and when approaches them about the progress of the investigation to bring justice to the matter ,they, then and then only come to know about such a file received from their seniors.
All my letters with the officers are layering with layers of dust, with other bundles and heaps of letters received to them directly or from their seniors. The administrative officers in their office in our country are no more truthful persons they encourage corruption and bribery. Without money they do not do the work of the people. Without any shame they demand bribery to complete the work. The work is completed according to the weight age of the corrupted money they demand and get.
When I did not get any result of my several letters, a class one officer advised me to go for an appeal and he will help me to get the result very fast… it has also not worked as I denied giving him bribery. Today I am in trouble; it is because the Mamalatdar took a huge amount, to change the record in the office from the unregistered farmer. Today I run around with my file to get my right and justice, but I am delayed and not given justice.
The corrupted administration ruined my life. The money has the power to kill the honesty and sincerity of any person of high rank in the private sector and as well as in the Government department. The top officers, including the Ministers are corrupted in our elected Government, except a few countable persons. This is a bitter truth; you, the most respected Chief Minister will also not deny this truth of corruption and bribery in our system and blood.

My age is ripe, now any time anything can happen to me, it is a request to you sir, please look into this matter and help me. Please take the matter seriously and help. I am a poor man I need your help to get my property back to me.
