[Resolved]  Graphic Era Hill University — charging of huge fine on late fee submission

Address:Dehradun, Uttarakhand

we have been charging a huge fine of rs 5000 as the late fees submission fine. Our per semester fees is around 28000. please suggest me what should i do to avoid this unjustified fine. i belong to a middle class family and cant afford to pay such huge fine. please help me out.
