SAME ADVERTISEMENT WAS GIVEN ON 02ND OCT, 2012 AT SAME NEWS PAPER. MY HUSBAND SHRI SARBO BANDHU DUTTA HAS PURCHASED ONE PANASONIC AC ON 01/10/2012 (MODLE-CU-UC12NKY-P) 1.0 TON SPLIT AC FROM GREAT EASTERN APPLIANCES PVT. LTD. AT 66, SYED AMIR ALI AVENUE, KOLKATA-700019 ( NEAR BECK BAGAN MITHAI ), (BBFCH NO:1173, APP.NO.SF6935449, ISD: MOHAN, MR NO. BB / BMR / 00652 / 12-13) AT OFFER PRICE RS.19500/- AS PER MENTIONED IN NEWS PAPAER. BUT MR MOHAN, MOBILE NO.[protected] HAS NOT GIVEN US ANY GIFT WITH THAT AC ALTHOUGH IT IS MENTIONED IN NEWS PAPER WITH OFFER PRICE RS.19500/-, WITH FREE STANDARD INSTALLATION. BUT MR. MOHAN HAS TAKEN RS.600/- AS PROCESSING CHARGES FOR BAJAJ FINANCE. THEN I CALLED TO MS. SUPARNA AND FIRST TIME SHE BEHAVED PROPERLY AND WE SATISFIED. BUT AFTER CALLING FROM MOHAN TO US SHE TOLD THAT WE HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED SO NOT GET ANY GIFT ALTHOUGH WE PURCHASED BETWEEN 28TH SEP TO 02ND OCT,2012 AT ANANDA BAZAR NEWS PAPER AD. I AM WORKING IN ONGC LTD. WHO IS NOW DEPRIVED THAN OTHER. KINDLY GIVE PROPER JUDGEMENT SO THAT OTHER OF MY COLLEAGUES CAN'T DEPRIVED LIKE ME BY MR. im aarav patel and i too faced a similar problem. i contacted their quality control officer Monica Bhagat which i got from the shop. the best place to put your complain is in their face book page where they get to you quite fast and try to resolve the issue. Since great eastern is one of the largest selling electronic shops there may be some misunderstanding, specially because this offer was availed by many of friends and relatives as well.
