I have purchased a holiday voucher from Great India Travels in June 2012 for 4N/5D package across India, Thailand or Malaysia worth Rs. 5499.Till date I have not received the vouchers. On contacting them on their only phone number available[protected], I was informed that the voucher was returned back by the courier company mentioning recipient not available. Since, then I have many times requested them to re-dispatch the vouchers and every time they promise to do the needful but do not send. Each time, when I connect to them, a different operator asks me the same questions, I have to relate the same story each time, he promises to to the needful but at the end, the net result is zero. Whenever, I asked them to connect me to their supervisor, they abruptly disconnect the phone. VERY BAD SERVICE AND VERY BAD BEHAVIOR by their telephone executives. There is no way, one can reach out to their company to register their complaint.
