I HAVE INVESTED RS 4 LACS TOO WITH THIS MAN AND HAVE BEEN VISITING HIS OFFICE FOR LAST 2 YEARS WITH NO RESPONSE PLS LET ME KNOW WHAT IS THE RIGHT ACTION WE CAN TAKE TO RECOVER THE MONEY I HAVE SEEN HE HAS GOT DOCUMENTS OF AGRICULTURAL LAND WHICH WE CAN TAKE FROM HIM AND SELL THE SAME TO THE FARMERS ???? i have booked four plots in bhiwadi project 7 lakhs invested in this project. i submitted refund in aug2007 but only assurance given by M D & his staff. so we request to concern authority take action. arrest to MR JETHNDRA CHUDARY.

I have also booked one flat with M/s Green City Buildtech limited In Solitaire Green, sec-24, Dharuhera Disst- Rewari Haryana Project and I have invested of Rs. 5, 09, 000.00 for a purchase of two bedroom Flat No. K-83 and having Floor Area 1200 Sq.ft. They had issue us the allotment letter Dt. 5 Oct.2007.
Kindly advise me What is the right action we can take to recover my hard earn money.

I had also booked one 200 square yard plot in Greencity Bhiwadi project in 2006 and paid 2 Lakh Rs/ that time. That time they promised that the letters(NOC) from the Govt are in pipeline and within 2-3 months the project will start. Since I am based in Chennai since then so not able to visit their office but regularly kept on talking to them on phone and every time they had given the assurance that the project is going to start soon as all the clearances are obtained. Many times sent mail alo to them but no reply from their side.
Plz help us in recovering our hard earned money back.

Ibooked a plot of 150 sq. yards in Green City Bhiwari project in 2006 and paid 3lakh 9thousands Rs to them.
They told us that the letter of NOC from the Rajasthan Govt is in progress and soon they will get it. But when I found that they are not getting NOC I applied for the refund a year back and I was told that the I will get the refund in two months but more than one year is passed I did not get any thing from them. I mail
a no. of times but getting no reply. Pl. help me getting hard earned money.
