A road blocked by Khirki Villagers peoples opposite on MGF MALL, PRESS ENCLAVE ROAD. How can the roads be the personal property.This is 80 years old road.

i am live in khirki ext. i am a govt servent. this road is blocked by some khirki vill. peoples. in one day about 5000 peoples are use this way so, how can blocked this road is this not a personal property.
