[Resolved]  GSPC — Refund not received

I have applied vide Form No. 181558 (initial deposit of Rs. 1000) for Gas Connection through Pipeline, which was proposed to Start in Jamnagar. But anyhow, the issue has been set aside and gas connection are cancelled.

The Co. has issued a letter demanding copy of bank passbook/statement showing payment of Rs. 1000 made for application. I have already submitted all the details alongiwth bank statement copy on 28.09.2010.

Till date, i have not received refund of the same.

Now, GSPC has almost closed it's office in Jamnagar and whenever, i call the person/staff of GSPC, they replied your draft is ready for dispatch and will be dispatched through courier in 2-3 days.

It already passed 2 months, but i have not received refund of the same.

Further, i have stored approx 34 communication i had with the persons of GSPC regarding my refund.

They are still repeating the line You will receive the refund in 2-3 days.

In fact they don't have any answer in detail neither they know what is actually happening.

In large interest of public, state Govt. should order GSPC to give refund immediately alongwith Interest @ 9% on such deposit they used for the year.

Otherwise, in future, there is possiblity of number of companies get initial deposit like this, use the money of public for long time (totally interest free) for their business and then declare that get your refund!!!!!! the scheme will be no more active.

Kindly look in to the matter, pl. advise if anybody can help.
