[Resolved]  Guess — poor quality

I purchased several t-shirts at Guess store. The quality was extremely poor as the t-shirts shrunk.I decided to return the t-shirts.The manager from guess asked me to test the t-shirt in store to prove to them it shrunk. So I prove to the store manager that they indeed did.So the manager asked me to produce the receipt. I unfortunately could only find one of the receipts and gave it to him.Now he tells me that they can’t help as they can’t find all my credit card purchases on the system.So I GUESS I’m getting ripped off. And considering that I when to all the trouble to prove that the T-shirts was of poor quality. After checking several websites I found 87 bad complaints about Guess and poor quality. I’m utterly disgusted with the way you addressing my situation as I adhere to what you asked of me.Gone are the days that you take consumers hard earned money for a ride,I’m paying for a product and service and not for you to mess me around,so I giving you the opportunity to correct this problem before the image of Guess becomes any worse because I’m quite sure that there are countless other people out there that have been taken for a ride by guess. Should you not correct the matter, there is something called the consumer protection act whilst I will using every media avenue to expose you for my miscarriage

I bought a guess handbag from guess hawaii i used may four or five time the handle snapped i was so disapointed, i took to guess in bondi junction sydney but no way the manager ben was going to help that's why i wanted to send this complaint through.
Two weeks a goI bought a ladies Gues handbag from Guess from a Gues shop in Liverpool area in Sydney NSW Its been just two weeks and I have hardly used the bag. The couler of handle( they said its steel)now is red, It seemsI have bought acheap bag and not the original Guess. I dont know where to go to complain, I did went back to the shop but they said they cant do nothing, can anybody help me find a way.

I have a Guess bag I bought in France in dec of last yr, the handles have cracked, the bag is fraying and i would like it replaced!!! trust me i WILL get it replaced, the bag cost me £163, i have never spent that much on a handbag before!
