Dear Sir
Just few days back i have visited Nizampura Vadodara bus stand to drop my family member at bus depot. I have observed some of the problems at the depot , which can create the serious problems with the passenger's safety and health visiting this depot ,
1) So many dogs are moving inside the depot and may have very high chance that they may bite somebody and also have chance to spread disease virus among the passengers and small kids inside the depot.
2) No body is bother about cleaning of the depot , most of the vendors inside the depot are throwing their waste in the depot and have no control over them as well as dustbins are also not available . The place is very unhygienic and very high chance of spreading of diseases
3) Do not have enough facility for sitting of the passenger and whatever available are in so bad and dirty that noone will sit on that.
4) Wash room /Toilet are not maintained clean enough even animals will not use such kind of toilets.
5) Driking water facilites are not at depot.
I have not travelled through State transport bus since long time , but it is very shamefull that we do not still have the awareness regading the health and safety of the passengers and we are one of the emerging power in the world. As this is the comsumer's right to have such kind of the basic needs that will take care of his/her health and safety.
People are paying so much of taxes to the goverment for the infrastucture but still basic facilties are not made available at such places.
I sincerly request you to please take necessary action to improve the facility and take action against the above mentioned points immdiately or sugget me the other route for the registration of this complaint so i can take necessary action for the same to higher level.
