[Resolved]  Handygo Xplore Service (BSNL) — without providing any service they deducting money

Hello sir/madam,
my mobile no [protected],actually i didn't subscribe HANDYGO EXPLORE service,but from 20th march they deduct 30/- every month.already i put a request to unsubscribe the service.even for unsubscribe they deducting 2/-.It is not fair.They are cheating.
without giving any service they are deducting our TALKTIME money.plz take any suitable acti;on against above service provider.
