I am a regular traveler between Kurukshetra & Karnal. The Buses of HR CHD playing between Delhi & Chandigarh ment to carry passengers are allergic to passengers, especially the passengers of Haryana. The HR is a loss making concern and the saleries of the staff being paid out of taxes paid by the people of Haryana and the passengers of Haryana are being denied of the services. Now tell me a passenger who has to go to Changigarh from Karnal, how is he supposed to go to Chnadigarh or Ambala, hen the driver / conductor of the buses is not willing to take him / her in his bus. Even if some passenger has to offloaded, the driver will stop the Bus at a distance from the stop, so that any of the passengers do not board the bus and if anyone dares to do so, after running and risking his life, he is welcomed with all the abuses.
