sir i am having the hcl desktop & iam complaining from last two months but they are not responding to the complaint .last person visited my place on 27/06/08 against complaint no.271-6108 after that they are not responding .at customercare they gave me the no.of mr neeraj -their senior consultant but he never picks the phone. his phone no. is [protected] . serial no. of my machine is 305PAQ046614 . please take care . my mobile no. is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

I would request you to provide me with the referred article(part) in the absence of which my HCL Beanstalk Black Beauty P4P 1.7 GHX stands idle for a few months due to non-availability in the market.
I am a little proud member of your esteemed product since the last five years. When it has stopped functioning two month’s back the local dealer and service provider of your company of this area has been called for. According to them, the monitor is not functioning as the referred part has failed which is not available with any of the HCL dealers as well as in the market.
As such, I would request your goodself to arrange for the supply of the item and help me to continue with my computer of your company.
