HCL CDC — for the study material and certificate

respected sir,
i am arpit garg and i have done a course from hcl cdc from bareilly and they have not provided me the study material and they keep on saying that u will get your study material soon and ur certificate too. but 2 months have been paased after the couse is over..!!
i request you sir kindly take a serious action against them.
