Sir,
Myself namely Ramesh Kumar, residing at house No.590, Kamla Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad (UP). I had purchaed a HCL computer for home use for office work from Sun System, III-N-31, Ambedkar Marg, Ghaziabad-201001, Phone No. [protected] on 13.9.2009, Bil No. 057. This sales man give me only assurance and not help me properly.
I am sorry to say that Monitor of that computer is not working i.e. power is not display. I continue ring up the HCL company located at Noida. But my complaint is not lodged till date, customer care said that no any engineer go to your home. One ms. Rama is picked up my phone and advised me that I should should the contact Branch Office located in Ghaziabad, Shastri Nagar for the above purpose. I went personally to the above mentioned Branch Office on 25.8.2010 and met the branch engineer Shri Murad Alam. First he asked me Sl. No. of my computer I give the No. 8093A1053705 and he said that your warranty is over. I repeatdly request to him then one Shri Inder cheked my Monitor and he said that It is very damaged and it is not repairable. This system is only use and throw and you throw it is repairable only chargeable ground I want to say that my warranty is still there i.e. I had purchased on 13.9.2010. It is humbly requested that please take necessary action on HCL company. I am very harrased and fedup.

to a lot of bugs.So due to same we cannot repair this monitor.We have report which is sign up by customer that monitor is physicaly damaged due to bugs.
