HCL Computers — SERVICE NOT PROVIDED EVEN AFTER ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

I am a regular customer of HCL having the following details - HCL ME Latop Product Description – HCL ME XITE L 65 M/c Serial No – 1111AE649872 Product Code – AE1V2440-X With the expectation of better customer service I purchased an Annual maintenance Contract for my notebook on 25th May, 2013 bearing the following Pack Serial No – C11B03582116 which is valid till the midnight of 24th May 2014. My Laptop suddenly stopped working on the night of 22nd of July 2013. Since the product was under AMC I lodged a complain .I made a call registering the complain and since date I received only a single SMS confirming service request number [protected] on 24th July 2013. Upon inquiring I came to know that the requisite parts were not available on 8th of July , 2013. Now sir do you call this after sales service? After 16 days I came to know that the requisite parts are still being searched for and as soon as it is available the issue will be addressed. I mailed Nodal Officer of HCL on 12th August 2013 requesting quick service. Here is their reply - " Please be advised that we have shared your matter with our operational team to investigate the issue reported by you and they shall get in touch with you at the earliest. In the interim, we would request for your kind understanding. " Now after elapsing more than one and half months they are not providing service and are asking for more time . Every time I call them they ask for another week since the requisit parts are not available on Pan India basis . Now sir is this issue my fault ? Why should I suffer for it when I have purchased the Original Annual Maintenance Contract with them ? Plz look into the matter as HCL authorities are not responding nor picking up my calls. My suggestion for those thinking to buy any HCL Product - NEVER BUY ANY HCL PRODUCT , I[censored] BUY ONE DO NOT GO FOR AMC OR ANY WARRANTY , THESE PEOPLE TRY TO FOOL U AND WONT CARE FOR ANY AFTER SALES SERVICES.
