[Resolved] Hcl Ezeebee Desktop — Mainboard Problem

I Buy a Desktop PC to in end of Feb 2009. I install and replace my old Main PC which store my whole office data and other 10 pc get data from this HCL PC Found problem on 15th of April 2009. Complaint registerd to custmore care and complaint no. is[protected].after 2 days eng. come and say more then 2 or 3 days require to solve the problem.we received very poor responce from you service. MY office close still stop. Then I call Mr. Atul Khanna (Computer People, IT Dealer and Service Provider) for support they transfer all the data to standby pc and my office now working. BUT THE HCL SERVICE PEOPLE DID NOT GIVE REPLACEMENT. Still today is 22nd april 2009 there is no responce from the HCL Service Center. HCL DESKTOP IS STAY IN MY STORAGE RACK WATING FOR SERVICE ENGINER. when he come and start pc. HCL give us 3 yrs (36 month warrany) How they give us 36month of service. HCL Ezeebee model :desktop — provide service onsite

Dear Sir,

I myself NITIN DIXIT had purchase a Desktop from Kanpur U.P. last year on JULY 2007 and now i had shifted to NEW DELHI

So my problem is that, my Desktop is on the Onsite guarantee period of three year and some of the installation problem is there on my Desktop, the reason to mail this is that i need the service, so please provide me service and also service centre address with contact no. in New Delhi .

so please help on this matter so that i can use my desktop because it's not in use from last three month.

I found a problem in my HCL Desktop. firstly it was not display the content properly then I thaught it was a problem of my monitor scaning. then after some days my monitor was not displayed any thing. I checked my monitor but it was working properly. I think it is a problem of my graphics card. please suggest me what should I do.

I have a hcl ezeebee max 4781 P4P524. When i start my pc it boot upto the welcome screen then restart . This problem start when i perform chkdsk. During this it delete some registry file. Pls help me out
