HCL LAPTOPS — not getting proper service from hcl

i bought a hcl laptop on last august after some time it started giving problem, i took tat to service center they took 2 months of time for repairing a cd writer.but after few days the problem again occured.after 2 months battery, OS and other problems occured, again i took that to service center already they hav taken 3 months time but not giving back my laptop.

sir what is the cost of power adapter for hcl laptops

i have HCL notebook T21 laptop. its in warranty period and 2 times i send laptop to service center for my battery problem. its battery is working only for 15 - 20 min only. but till now battery is same... its working only 15 - 20 min only..

i had made a complaint regarding my audio driver is not working a week ago, but still i did, nt got the solution...i don, t knw whts the problem.if HCLcan, t give gud services.my advice is to close all ur service centres. i hope all hcl users r agree with me...even ur service centres r not responding...and their is no use of giving it online b, cause u people r not even see this mail...i got fed up with hcl service...

hcl leaptop 39 — not getting the proper service , replaced an already not functional screen

sir,
i m from bhopal, i have ordered my laptop 39 model of hcl from company on 15/06/09 , just after two-3 months screen started fluctuating (problem in proper display) , then after so much problems i got the number of hcl touch centre of bhopal (which is now again changed nd i m not getting that). they replaced my whole screen because it was in warranty period, but now again the same problem arises just after the end of warranty period, and they people not try to understand this, if screen was not good then why it was given ??
i have not such a huge money for spending again on this, they really dont understand , not want to fix the problem, hcl helpline no is also not working.
because i have ordered directly from company so i m unable to caught any other and directly have to contact with company.
