HCL Me Tablet — Faulty battery and adapter

Dear,
I have complaint about my Faulty battery and adapter which is submitted for replacement on date 23/10/09 at HCL tower,360,marol military road marol naka, andheri east mumbai-400057. But they havn't take any action about complaint even i have called so many times. Only they told me u call after two days. my jobsheet number is [protected].

HCL — FAULTY BATTERY

I had exchanged my laptop under warranty..The new laptops battery run only half an hour.I have complained/mail many times to HCL,but they did not give any satisfied answer.
Pls do something.
