Sir/Madam,
i hav purchased HCL computer one year ago.it is not functioning proper since.it is facing restart problem till today.we made a complaint on 2nd july and till today they have nt responded it and according to them complaint has been resolved without any sort of visit made by their own enginner.they are troubling us saying that our warranty period is over and that we have to send a FAX showing our warranty period proof.we have completed the formalities asked by them on 17th july and again they are showing us no response.
i request you to kindly resolve our problem as soon as possible.
