I've bought HCL EZEEBEE PC ( Product Code: AZ001088, M/C Sr. No.: 9087AZ066465 ) on 24.11.08. From 06.05.11, monitor picture was partially viewing and Image control was not working. I've lodged complaint to the company on May 9, 2011 about this.
But I've compelled to write that their customer service is worst among all other companies. I've lodge complaint a month ago, but they don't send any representative. After complaining for 2nd time after 1 month, they send a representative who is not concern about monitor problem, though I've clearly mentioned in my complaint that my product has monitor problem. Is it a service? Also he said that he would confirm me about the problem before afternoon, but till now he is not contacted me. Furthermore he said that as my product has expired the warranty period, company is not taking the responsibility about my product for repairing. What type of service is it? After warranty period they did not provide any type of servicing. Strange! Also they told me to buy a new one instead of repairing the previous. So, in this way they harasses me since 1.5 months. HCL — Worst Service / support
This HCL products are very very worst quality product... it has giving lots of troubles like motherboard problem, keyboard problem, touchpad problem, battery problem and LCD problem etc., even after sales they are giving zero service / support not and they are never responding, they does not care about customers. I am totally frustrated of these HCL Products and services. Here I am suggesting my friends never go for HCL products otherwise you will definitely feel worst for that.Regards
