[Resolved]  HCL Me Tablet — service

i hv gvn my laptop on 15/6/10 k-28, hcl for auto shut down problem, and before this i hv taken the service for the same reasons, and the problem was solved by mr.sachin working over ther, according to them it was the dust over there, bt this time as date28/06/10, i hv nt come to know that what is the problem, ievery day i gv a call to service center regardind this , the ans is the thing is under obsrvation, mr.prashant is nt even bother to come on tocommunicate on phone,
pls do the needful to my laptop and to me, i am getting problems abt my work, job sheet no. [protected]
