[Resolved]  HCL PC — PC NOT WORKING PROPERLY

DEAR SIR,
I HAVE BOUGHT HCL PC ON[protected], THIS IS UNDER WARRENTY PERIOD BUT NOW WE ARE FACING PROBLEMS IN USING KEYBOARD, UPS AND ALSO MONITOR IS NOT RESPONDING CORRECTLY, THERE MIGHT BE PROBLEM IN WINDOWS.

PLEASE GUIDE US AND PLEASE INFORM ABOUT THE NEARBY SERVICE CENTRE. REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

HCL PC — Not working properly

I have purchased a HCL beanstak PC from M/s.Arshan Computers, Tambaram Chennai (claiming as a partner of HCL) in May 2007 and from the beginning itself there is intermittent power off problem. They have visited several times to attend the problem and till date it is not rectified. But now, they are asking for money as the warranty period is over. After repeated attempts to them till nobody responds. Even I have spoken to Mr.Harish, who is the Cheif of the organisation. Thats why I request everybody DON'T PURCHASE HCL PCS. THEY ARE WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS.

I am from army, we have received many HCl desktop PC's. now I am facing problemwith one PC. can you send your rep to repair the PC. IT is Under warrenty. how can I get help from you.
pls treat matter urgent.

HCL PC — problem with cd rom

i have problem with dvd rom. its not reading any cd or dvd ... and also it displaying cmos battery failure or correpted.
I have a major issue with the PC that I bought. I got the warranty extended in May and nothing happened. No one picks up the phone now and no one visits me. I am not able to use my PC because I never received a PC manual with the PC and there is no CD for LAN Card that I can get the drive installed. Please if some one could look into this and check my PC.

I LAUNCHED MY COMPLAINT AT HYDERABAD SERVICE CENTRE MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS hya09090243 THEIR ENGG MR SANTOSH ATTENDED AND DAMGED MY PC HE IS NOT WITH PROPER KNOWLEDGE AND ALSO AVOIDING TO ATTEND AGAIN.

I am Employee of DSCI. We have purchased HCL Computer from HCL Noida. Our three computer are out of order. Our PC are under Warranty. I am complaining on the Delhi Complaint No. 24360848. But anyone is not pickup the phone. So please Send Engineer Immediately to DSCI.

HCL PC — Bad service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a computer in January 2010. After purchasing the computer I haven’t faced any major problem for first six months. After that it’s not working properly. As you can check your records I have made more than 100 phone calls and registered so many complaints to your customer service center. Following are the details of few complaint numbers which I have written in my notebook:

I don’t know what your service engineer did but it’s never work properly. Since last 4 months my computer has been formatted 3 times by your service engineer and twice the hard disk has taken by him to your service center. And the result is remaining same. My computer is still not working. When I call to your customer service center I got only one reply that engineer is coming and he will do the needful. But it’s never happened.
Please note due to you bad service and complaint is not handling properly by you I have already loose 4 months internet service (Rs. 750X4 = Rs3000.00) and 3 times for window installation charges (Rs. 500X3 = Rs1500.00)
As an HCL customer, I am feeling very foolish because each and every person from HCL is not fulfilling their promise and just trying to move me around a circle. When you have to sell something I got more than 50 phone calls from the shop and direct form the HCL and now I need service than I have to call to you on daily basis.
Since I had purchase from a branded company and paid the full amount, I don’t want to keep the bad computer. You are requested kindly arrange to change my computer and replace with a good one and give me compensation for one extra year AMC.
