Sub : Worse behavior and harassment
My Credit card number is [protected].
First I got the credit card limit of 40k Rs instead of 2 lacs as promised by the Stnadard Charted Sales person.
Second I made purchase of 1600 aprox Rs from Ghaziabad from Levis Showroom.
Afterwards I didn’t get any bill for the same. Because I don’t use credit card, I could not come to know the payments due. Now they have made my payments of 5000 Rs with interest even I didn’t receive my bills or 1600 Rupees.
Third, I got call from some revenue deptt. Rekha from Delhi number[protected] regarding the payments. I requested her that I am going to call customer care then only I’ll let you know the status.
She started behaving like mads “Tum pavement kar rahe ho ki nahi”. I told her politely that let me talk to customer care regarding the payments and her bad behavior. She immediately started saying “Tumari Aukat nahi hai ki tum kuch kar sako”.
Fourth I called up customer care number[protected], the call was picked by customer care executive Kaveri. She logged my complaint regarding her behavior and the bills. When I requested her for the complaint number she simply said “remember my name Kaveri, I don’t have any complaint number”. I am astonished that the how a customer care person can’t write a complaint and the complaint number is not generated.
Kindly help in this regard. If I am not receiving my bills how come I know when and what to pay. And they have the worse behavior I have ever seen in my life from the bank like Standard Charted.
