[Resolved]  Hdb Financial Services Limited — Promised Terms of Personal Loan not same as Actually received

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was in discussions with HDB Financial Services (referred HDB hereafter) to get a personal loan of Rs 6 Lacs. I was brought in touch with HDB people by a third party company Moneymax Financial Services, referred MFS hereafter (Ms.- Geeta and Mr. Nikhil were the employee of MFS co-ordinating with HDB on my behalf). During my negotiations, as a part of Terms and Conditions (T&C), I was told that there would be zero penalty on part-payment or pre-closure of loan. I was also told that I could start part-payment right after first EMI date. The part payment has to be a minimum of 3 times the EMI amount. The pre-closure of loan could not have happened before 6 months.
HDB people (Mr. Varun Tyagi - [protected] and Mr. Manish - [protected]) came to my home to get the loan documents signed and discussed th above mentioned T&C there as well in company of my father. I got the loan approved and disbursed on 30th Aug, 2012. My loan account number is 286398.
I got the loan agreement document, which carried the standard terms and conditions like 4% part-payemnt penalty, 4% pre-closure charges, etc., via post on 7th Sept, 2012. When I talked to Varun about this issue, I was told that the negotiated terms and conditions would be provided to me by the bank separately, not printed on the standard loan agreement document. However I have not received my negotiated Terms & Conditions letter till date from HDB till date. During this time, I have been trying to get my negotiated T&C from HDB, without any success. On 19th Spet, 2012, I received an e-mail from HDB where they confirmed that there is zero part-payment or pre-closure penalty on my loan. However, I was not been told about the time limit of part payment. On my telephonic conversation, I was told that I could not part-pay before 6 month. When I told them that I was promised a 1-month limit only for part payment, the HDB people did not respond. Its a case of mis-guidance by the HDB and cheating the customers. Please help.
