[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Mastercard — poor functioning of credit card services

Dear Sir,

My basic problem is that I had registered with Master Card Secure Code about 2 months back. I have forgotten my log in id and password.

My present problem is: I have been trying to solve this problem through various channels.

1. Hdfc call centre number given on the credit card payment slip –[protected], ms. Archana contacted on 3.7.09.
I was told that I will be given a new login id within 48 hours on which I can change my password. This will be sent to me on my e-mail id.

2. No mail received till date.

3. I contacted the local Nagpur office on 10th after waiting till then for the mail. I was told to talk to mrs. Vijayawargi, who told my husband, who has an add-on card, that she would solve the problem before the end of the day.

4. No call from mrs. Vijayawargi till Monday ie 13.7.09. Monday afternoon my husband spoke to her again, to remind her.

5. This morning mrs. Vijayawargi called to direct us to talk to the call centre on[protected].

6. Spoke to the call centre lady. She gave me a login id and asked me to change the password on the site. The site tells me that my e-mail id is “invalid”.

7. Spoke to the call centre lady again, ms. Vidya. She tells me that I did not have an e-mail id at all when I got the card, so I will have to register my e-mail id now, which will take another 4 working days.

8. Was the lady whom I spoke to on 3rd, who promised me an e-mail on a non-existent id in “48 hours” sleeping till now?

9. Was it not her job to let me know, on the phone number that they verify umpteen number of times, that I did not have an e-mail id at all?

10. How do you explain this slip-shod working pattern of your staff?

Gd evening.I hv a complain about my credit card that i hv not RECEIVE my STATEMENTS From the Starting o[censored]sing of this card.For this problem i talk so many time to the custmer care and they replaid that YOUR STATEMENT SENT YUOR ADDRESS but Till Date I have purchase 10 to 15 time but Receive only 1 time.Every time only one answer that one is YOUR STATEMENT SEND TO YOUR ADDRESS.One more thing is I hv get a MESSAGE That your statement has sent your Address BUT Finally i hv not receive the statement.THIS TYPE OF SERVICE PROVIDED TO THE CUSTMER.I am the custmer of your bank JAJPUR ROAD, HDFC BANK, PIN-755019.I HOPE IF THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS NOT PROVIDE TO THE CUSTMERS IS VERY BEST TO THEM because THEY FEEL VERY GOOD WHEN THE SERVICE IS NOT PROVIDE TO THEM & THEN DO SOMETHING MORE AFTER THIS.
