Hello,
I have made a claim against my PFwithdrwal which was on 22-Dec-2008, however I am not receive the same.its allready six month. I have not receive my amount till date.And whenever i tried to check the PF website the message showing, The claim not recieve by this office.

i dont know who is looking pf ac of centurion bank of punjab but whoever looks this job he is totaly irresponsible guy becoz i left the organization on 2008.& till date i haven't recived any information or cheque from thierhand.how will i get my provident fund. if anyone see my comment please help me.

    Its disappointing to learn that HDFC bank's credit card division has displayed weak corporate governance behaviour towards the entire issue & unilaterally decided to close an inappropriate card transaction from their end.

    Am reiterating some key points once again.

    1) The fact that a card impression that too in a crude form, carrying signature, does NOT mean that it has owner's authorisation/ consent for billing. No where it mentions that I am accepting to get my card billed for any charges .
    It is bank's legal responsibility to check the authenticity & completeness of the documents, that too which are of such a high value.

    2) How can you assume without any charge slip or worst case a manual impression without billing authorisation, that owner has agreed for billing ?

    3) The very next working day of this incident I have faxed a dispute letter to your chennai office, called up your help center & also in person visited the HDFC branch [Ref. person was Shravan Mulki] to hold the billing with immediate effect. How could your process framework be so weak, that you still let go the payment despite multiple written & telephonic reminders.

    4) This card was never swiped or charged or used since it got issued more than 1 year back.
    Why your office did not raise an alert when they received a manual crude looking impression & why were they so impatient to bill the same, despite the stop payment request.

    5)How come you do not audit fraud vendors like the one in question [ Country Vacations Ltd] when there are already numerous consumer complaints/ legal cases filed against them.

    6) With the investigations/ discussions still in progress, i am unable to understand that you are continuing to levy penalty & interest charges on the disputed EMIs, month after month. Please waive off the same, till we arrive at a consensus.

    Hey, i had some dues pending in my creadit card accont, and without any prior information i got my salary on hold in my salary ac. pls get the same check and do the needful.

      Please change this half note 500 rupees from nearest HDFC barnch as soon as possible.

      hello m the customer of the hdfc bank branch of vapi(chala)in gujarat i visited the bank on saturday 2 check my account bal.. as i lost my atm card... but the the working staf didnt considered my words, they wer not ready to solve my problem i requested them but they didnt responded me... is tis way of behaving with the customer ?

        This is naginder jeet singh, my employee id is-N02032.I start my career with hbl global pvt ltd on 16/03/2005 to march 2007 for Ambala location.team my concern is this that i received my relieving letter and pf form.I submitted pf form on DEC 2008 and till now i had not received my cheque of pf( my pf no - 43995) .I am also given my all details.Team pls do on urgent basis.I need it urgently.I am waiting for your revert.Thanks.

        HBL Global Pvt. Ltd - Credit Card — PF Not received

        Hello,

        I have left the organization of HBL Global on 31st May 2006. My employee code was M02315. PF Code for HBL is MH/ 45327. My PF A/C no is 36908.

        I have submitted form 10-C and 19 for PF withdrawal process. Till date I have not received my PF amount.

        Kindly let me know how can i get my pf amount.

            I Shyamal Kumar, have the bank a/c with HDFC Bank a/c No. [protected]. every month my salary was credited in this a/c from May 2006. Bank Persons was always use to convince me for credit card at last I was agreed and got a card from HDFC Bank. As I was new user, I was innocent about the merits and demerits of credit card. Every was going good. Certainly I have lost my job on Oct. 2009. I have applied for PF withdrawal to my last employer on Dec. 2009 and that amount has been credited in my a/c on June 10, 2009 ie, Rs. 35120.40 (according to banker), When I have checked the balance it was 0.00, then immediately I have talked with phone banker and come to know that my amount of PF has been put on hold by the bank because of some dispute with Credit card. And in the mini statement I found that bank has debited so many vague charges to that a/c. I think bank has the intention to Debit all the available credit balance in this a/c by these vague charges. Because after so many calls and requests Bank has not given any solution till the time. And as I am unemployed from last 7 months, if I will not get this amount with in limited time frame I have to suffer with many other losses and the HDFC will be entirely responsible.

            So my payments are also regular.

            To solve the problem have taken several initiatives:-
            1.On June 13, 2009 called the phone banker and given complain against this matter, they have given a complain No. [protected].
            2.On June 16, 2009 again called to phone banker at 3.30pm, on the other side GURDEEP(Girl) was there and according to her no such complain was in the record and given a new complain No. that is DEL079916.
            3.On June 17, 2009 at 10.43 am got a call from some Dolon Dasgupta by no[protected], and given a no. of some ARCHITA BISWAS ie.[protected], and she told me that” she is the right person regarding this problem. So she will call you or you may call her on this number.”
            4.On June 17, 2009 at 2.52 pm some one called and discussing regarding this problem but given any solution.
            5.On June 18, 2009, I have made call at 11 am on[protected] to Archita Biswas, but some MR. SOMYOJEET was on the line and when I have discussed about my problem he was shouted like any thing and not ready to listen anything. When I asked about the Principal amount and the settlement amount of my credit card he disconnected the phone. Again I had made call on same number no body was peaking the phone.
            6.Finnaly I have again talked with phone banker divition with the reference of my last complain number and got 3rd complain number.

            Now I am waiting for response. OR else I will go to consumer court for my rights.

            HDFC Bank — amount blocked

            My self Sachin Dongre an account holder for the hdfc bank with customer id 24984971

            holding a salary account from past 1 year, on 29 th I deposited a cheque of 45000 in my account which is a loan amount which i borrow from a private bank,

            But when i gone to withdraw the money, i have informed that my amount has been blocked due to non payment of my credit card, but i have not use any of the hdfc bank credit card, when i contact the customer care they said there is a credit card issued on my name in the year 2005 the date of bith is[protected] but my dob is[protected], my address was wrong, my mothers name is incorrect, when i contact your vashi brach they refer me to Asha shetty wilson house andheri east, there i meet 1 lady name kirti i asked her that i have not use this card, i agreed that the fraud was done to me but not to the bank, I request her to release some amount, as i had taken loan from private bank, but no one wants to answer me,

            i am ready to pay the amount in emi, as i need this money urgently, i had lots of query in my mind

            I am using the salary account from past 1 year then why not this amount blocked earlier, whether your employees were sleeping till this time,

            If i had done the fruad please show me the documents submitted at the time of application of credit card



            I have not got any prior intimation for blocking this amount

            Hi Indian Consumer Forum.

            My HDFC salary account no [protected] has been locked by HDFC creadit card division.all my accounts funds goes on hold. I am not able to do any transaction.

            I called lot of times to credit card division of HDFC bank, but they are not responding & not gave me right information.they are misguide me.

            They have applied lot o[censored]nusual amount on my credit card, lot of finance & services charges.

            I am getting in Problem for my daily transaction.

            They applied me 35000/ rs (approx) amount, but I have used only 30% (approx)amount of credit card.

            Please help me regarding release my funds, which is hold by hdfc credit card cell.

            I m in need of the cash as it was my first salary from my company.. i m the sole bread winner in my family.. i m in huge mess bcasue of this problem.. i may commit sumthing wrong to my self as this amount means a lot for me...

            So please look into the matter at the earliest & help me.. i m ready to compromise also for the same.

              I am almost tired by complaining to HDFC Bank Ltd.- A Reputed??? Privatew Sector Bank. My former letters dated 14/01/2006, 16/06/2006, 13/01/2007 and 19/11/2007 addressed to Rajkot Branch (Erstwhile Centurion Bank of Punjab Ltd.)for which I have received no reply from them.MY COMPLAINT NUMBER WITH HDFC IS 'HBL=[protected]' Re: CR/2008-09/029020.

              I am having Saving A/c No.[protected] and Fixed Deposit A/c No.[protected]Fixed Deposit for Rs. 25000/-).Now your Bank had debited unauthorised Bank charges for non-maintaining of minimum balance im my Savings Account on 31/3/2005 Rs.660, on 30/6/2005 Rs.660/= and on 30/9/2005 Rs. 660/= for non maintaining of minimum balance of Rs. 5000/= eventhough I was having my Fixed Deposit account linked with this savings Account for Rs. 25000/=. A Reputed ????? Bank like Centurioon BOP now HDFC is not replying to the grievances of small distant customer . Due to debit o[censored]nauthorised Bank Charges without initmation of increase of minimum balance in Savings A/c I had closed my savings A/c in September-2008.

              MY FIXED DEPOSIT WAS LINKED WITH MY SAVINGS A/C EVENTHOUGH THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING UNAUTHORISED BANK CHARGES DEBITED IN MY ACCOUNT.

              HDFC Bank — Unauthorised Debit from my account

              Hello Sir,

              I am in major distress due to mismanagment of my money by HDFC Bank. It would be a great help if you could help me with the right course of action to be taken under the circumstance described below:

              Last year (2007) September there was a fradulent transaction on my credit card amounting to Rs. 14, 000 which said i had purchased a Rado Watch. I hadnot made such a purchase and made a complaint to the bank and cancelled the my credit card. Instead of resolving the issue the bank promtly issued me a duplicate card and started to harass me for the Rs. 14, 000 which I refused to pay.

              Imagine my surprise when in March HDFC Bank made a debit for Rs. 19, 476 from my saving bank account towards the same. Can they take this money out from my savings account with out telling me? I had ear marked this amount for a medical procedure. I donot know what to do now. Please consider this urgent and help me.

              P.S. - Specifics of my account and dates of transactions can be provided by me on request.

              HDFC Bank — HDFC Directly debiting my A/c

              I was using HDFC credit card. While I was talking for settlement, they suddenly deducted Rs.34, 000 from my a/c. Eventhough, I agreed to pay the settlement amount. Now they are not responding.

                HDFC Bank Health Plus Credit Card bungled and messed up!

                Mediclaim card holders left stranded without insurance cover suddenly!

                The following information will help many HDFC Bank account-holders who have been using the bank’s Health Plus Credit Card for many years since its introduction in 2003. The Bank has suddenly announced that they are withdrawing the mediclaim facility offered as part of the above credit card without assigning any reason and in my case, they have done this after deducting the premium and are now surreptitiously trying to refund the same after many months. This has put us in hardship as renewal is not possible as the previous policy has lapsed and fresh enrolment is fraught with issues of age (above 60 disqualifications!), existing diseases (which would now become pre-existing disease), and fresh medical examination. I am fighting this unilateral and arbitrary action of HDFC Bank and I can be contacted for more details at [protected]@gmail.com or[protected]

                A health insurance of "Bajaj Allinz" has been issued under my name and against my credit card last week.

                Your executive said that we are sending you the details of this policy and the after a week we will ask you whether you are agree or not the the policy will be activated.

                but few days back I received my the papers from bajaj allinz with the policy issued under my name.

                I don't know whether to complaint you or not. If yes then please cancel my policy and if no then please tell me where should i complaint

                  I Arvind Vashist working in ITC Hotel Maurya and before few months My Coligue Taken personal loan from HDFC bank after that he leave his job and given some payment back to bank now he is not in India as he told to me .few months i submited his loans installment and now he is not in my contact, i am worried that bank will harras me because he was my paying guest. please suggest me what i have to do

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have Saving A/c. with HDFC Bank since last 1 year.Recently 4 months before I have opened Credit A/c. also, no. is [protected].

                    But since last 4 months I have not received its PIN no.after contineous follow up with Customer care also.
                    Finally I got SMS on 10/05/09 that Duplicate PIN no. has sent by courier.But again neither courier comes to me.
                    After complaining at Cust.care again, on 11/06/09 I have got the same reply that Duplicate PIN no. has sent by courier but they are not giving courier details also to do follow up myself & I am not getting courier too.I had many mails to HDFC BANK Credit card support but invain.

                    Due to not having the PIN no. I can't register it for online transaction & unable to use it.Also I can't check the A/c. statement online & hence there is no use of card to me.
                    Recently I swiped it for Hotel-bill transaction RS.15068 but I haven't got Alert on my mobile.On the contrary when I swiped for Rs. 200 i got the SMS. Also when I transfered the money from my savings A/c. Rs.15070 as Credit card bill, i should have got confirmation that bill received against Credit A/c.

                    Pls look in the matter urgently & do the needfull to send the PIN no.- ( Why don't you have Online PIN creation by customer just like ICICI bank have it ?) Also check why alerts are coming for some transaction & why not on every transaction. of credit card.

                      I Have been charged similar ways "3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC" . it was a simple transaction
                      and they deduct 220 rs from my account.

                      if it is deducted due to deposit of money from other branches, that should be done immediately. where is the logic if they are charging it later after long time?

                      These charges are un-authorized and has been started from Nov. irrespective of the amount of net banking Rs. 110.3 is being deducted. This thing has to be taken seriously by HDFC and rectify as soon as possible. Or else we shall close the account and move to public sector bank.
                      Same thing happend to me also.With out any intimation 110 rs deducted towards 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC ...still i am not getting why this amount has been deducted.No whare HDFC mentioned but deducting amount..this is not fair to HDFC..I am planning to close my account.

                      Be cool. HDFC bank charges an amount based on "3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC" rules, this charge is meant for using other bank ATM's more than 5 times in a month. So to avoid this always go for HDFC bank ATM's. Even I too lost some money in this.

                      They make these deductions 3-4 times every month with the name ST And EC charges.I just need to know what kind of charges are these?

                      As you can see in the details, they have made the deductions for the month of october and november last year but again in January they made the deductions for october and november for no reason.These are unexplained charges.They are deducting my money for no reason.

                      Please provide me proper help as just in the last 45 days only they stole Almost 1000 rupees without my knowledge and without any reason...

                      when ever you deposit cash in Bank, Our esteemed Indian Government and RBI has asked Bank to Charge 100Rs, 12 Rs is Service tax and some 2% is (education cess ec) on (service tax ST) the percents are rough figures, for actuals contact the bank.
                      Hi, i have experienced the same. HDFC have deducted Rs 112.36 two times a day. This deductions were due to clearing cheque in non-home branch of hdfc. To avoid this, cheque has to be dropped in box and clearance should be made in home branch. HDFC bank should have an option for the account holder to disable or enable this feature. This is very bad experience.

                      If anyone deposits the amount to your account from the Bank(other than your branch where your account was opened) then this amount(112 previously/ 114 now) will be deducted it seems.. I had the same issue, Customer Care has told me this.

                      Actually, one week prior this transaction my friend deposited 30K in my account in a non home branch, if this is the reason for the above deduction, why the customer care people told me that there are no charges for cash deposits/transactions in non home branch for below 50K when i called them before the above deposit taken place.

                      Is this happens only when a person except the account holder deposit amount in account holders account???

                      because, it dint happen when i deposited 16K in my account myself through non hdfc bank teller deposit.

                      I had opened an saving bank account in HDFC bank last month. I have been charged 4 times in last 1week by HDFC bank with below narration:
                      "AMB BSD BRN TXN INC ST & EC 22062017"
                      The total deduction amount sums up to 1035. The reason for deductions as told by the Branch Manager is number of cheque transactions in saving account exceeding than 5 times.
                      I have made only 1 cash transaction in last 1 month that too of amount 20, 000/- and rest all transactions in my account were by cheque and online bill payments. Most of the transactions in my saving bank account are cheque deposit.
                      Government of India is promoting cashless transactions which indirectly means government is encouraging increase in cheque and online payments over cash transactions.
                      In such case is it wise by banks to deduct charges for more number of cheque transactions in saving account? Is there any guideline by RBI on limitation of number of cheque transactions allowed in saving account or banks are making fool of customers by deducting random charges from customers.

                      I am attaching snapshot of deductions made for reference.

                        My HDFC bank account no. is [protected] I went to Restaurant Parikarma, Delhi on 29 May and Paid the bill by the debit card.
                        The bill was of Rs 1061.00 only.The bank deducted the amount on 30 May 2009.Also on 2 June 2009 they deducted Rs 1460.20 also.
                        I called the customer care and they told me that i have transferred the money to some third party.I asked them to put a query in order to know whom i have transferred.Again I called them to know about the transaction.Then they said that its the restaurant fault.So I called them also but they said its not there mistake.
                        Finally I get a call from HDFC to fax/email my bills.
                        I mailed them the bills.And when i asked about the status they said they have not recieved and asked me to again mail.I have mailed to almost 3 ids.
                        And finally i have been asked to fax and submit the charge back form.

                        Its really a shame that bank like HDFC has done this.I made so many calls as well went to cafe for mailing them.So i would like to claim the amount for the same and for the inconvinience.

                        I brajesh kumar singh have a corporate salary account inhdfc bank since last 18 months . In last two month i got at least 50 calls from your side to take a pre aproved Personal loan of 4.32 lac, due to rigourous request of you executives ...sarabjeet kaur & sameer aggarwal i decide to avail this . but on the spot i told that i have no time to wander here & there so make it sure its pre-approved & they assured they will take care & nothingwrong will happen with me .
                        After submitting the documents i told them that i have changed my pan no. so can produce the new one then they told : not an issue!!!
                        After logging my proposal i got the refrence no:15023137 .Now they asked the scan copy of new pan card i did it then i got a new sms : you loan has been approved Personal loan ac no is: 15023137on 12.06.09 @ 5.21pm.
                        Next day one of the bank executive came & asked to sign the loan kit & cheques..i did it .Sudden after 2 hrs he called me to so my original pan card, i told that i am on work so cant come yet he replied you have to do this if want to get the loan ..at last i went there & showed my pan card.
                        next day i got a call from the bank to produce another dob proof & now i denied i need not to take this loan !!! return my file?
                        In the evening again i got a call from bank & the person introduced himself as RCI & asked to meet me to see the all papers...agin i am a very busy persone but due to request of sarabjeet kaur i went there & showed my documents ...at last that executive asked me to sign a cheque of Rs.1000 in the name of HDFC BANK LTD & assured that if loan will be sanctioned then only we will clear this cheque as RCI charges ...amaging without need your bank used to [censored] me ...he took the cheque & assured that matter will be resolved .
                        Now today i got a letter from HDFC GLOBAL BUSINESS PARK BRANCH SHOWING MY AC NO: [protected] & DEBIT OVERDRAWN Rs.388.40...This is disgustting when contacted found that given cheque( in the name of HDFC ) HAS BEEN BOUNCED & MY 18 MONTHS GOOD TRACK HAS BEEN [censored]ED...

                        Now i need your resolution in this matter as by tomorrow afternoon i am going to close this account...With a written comlaint sent to consumer court & ombudsman.
                        Ihave a acount in dhfc bank .As i have taken a personal loan from hdfc bank Loan account number is 14499116 i have taken a loan in the month of feb 2008 and i have payed emi for 6 months regularly on 7th of every month and i repayed my loan on 5/sept/2009 and when i payed and completed all the paper works they told me to give instruction to bank to stop the emi then also bank tried to taken out the emi of 9626/- but there was no such amount in my accountand on 14/sept /2008 they deuct 1292/- rupees as overdue loan charges.as i have called in HDFC bank they told that we don't have such information that you have paid repaid a loan and the cheque was passed on 7/sept/2008 of 246496.13/- in evening 4'o clock and EMI was deposited at 7.00 pm again on 8th they tried to deduct money after cheque was passed ...

                        if i don't get my money back i will go to police and launch a complaint against HDFC bank...

                            This is to inform you that i have a salary a/c([protected]) with HDFC bank.Last week i got a call from there side that i have an offer on my a/c to get a personal loan up to Rs.1, 07, 000 though its a pre-approved loan so i dont need to submit much paper work for that with in two days funds will be transfered in your a/c.The very next there representative came to my home & took all the required paper work & three signed cheques.I got the confirmation for that through a SMS on my cell that my application for personal loan has been accepted.In that SMS there was a reference# 15031176 to confirm the status of the loan.After 4 days today when i got in touch with them i got the update that my loan application has been rejected.The reason they gave for this that i had a default in a two wheeler loan before in which few cheques got bounced.I was surprised listening this because i had never taken any kind of loan in my life so how come they rejected my loan without any sound reason.I m really upset on this.Would you kindly be helping on this matter as i have a very urgent need for this loan to have a renovation of my home.They must do a research on this as

                            In Refrence of the Loan ref no 19083569 dated 28 June and talk with the Loan agent Mr Ashoke Kumar working at SF ROAD, I would like to comment on your service that iam not a bit satisfied with your services, in actual iam totally shocked after having a feedback about the rejection of my PL application.I am a salary account holder, Credit card holder(HDFC) since 4 Yrs, Two wheeler loan(HDFC), is now completed, Hdfc ergo mediclaim is now running.
                            Iam told by your agent that my loan application is rejected due to the earlier loan application problem, 6 months ago, that somewhere it was rejected due to some kind of pan fraud done which also caused the termination of your staff Tapas.
                            The incident was happened in the month of Oct 2010, is been more than 6 months before.During that time I ‘d lost my PAN card and only thing which I had that time was Police diary of PAN CARD and Photocopy of that PAN card.During application I clearly told Tapas that I am having only photocopy and diary .I don’t know what happened that time after simply my application got rejected.I from my side clearly mentioned your staff about the whole thing during application.
                            Sir its very pity that the fraud had been done by your staff and client faced so big problem.
                            Going further I would like to intimate that iam declining my PL from my side and surely I will try not to deal anymore with your concern in near future.

                              HDFC bank has declined my personal loan application despite the fact that I maintain a very good credit history and excellent CIBIL scores apart from my salary account with bank for over four years. Bank should have checked my past payment history and other factors such as income. However, Instead of checking my good credit history, The bank choose to check my brothers credit history and declined my personal loan application. This reason given is grossly illogical, unfounded and inane. I have always ensured regular and timely re-payment of loans taken from any bank including HDFC which had earlier sanctioned me a Rs.40000 personal loan which has been repaid fully with out a default (Please check my past/present history with my salary account with your bank).As I am aware that my credit score will always play a very vital role in getting personal loan and not of my brothers or any family members credit history. With good credit score, lenders like HDFC bank should be more than happy to provide personal loan to good customers like me. I know that when an individual approaches a bank for credit the application will be evaluated my past payment history and other factors such as income and security and not my brothers or any other relative. I have a excellent CIR that reflects a good past payment history which should have been the criteria for the loan credit being granted. I would be more than happy to change my salary account with other bank for better customer service.                               HDFC Bank — Not good to bank on

                              I approached HDFC bank in Goa on 24/10/2011 to apply for a commercial loan and i was guaranteed that the person in charge would come and take the required papers to lodge the request and from that day i waited for him till 28/10/2011 after keeping on calling his mobile and on the same day the person told me within two days the DD will be prepared. Till today i.e 3/11/2011 neither the DD is ready nor do the concerned person Mr.Varesh is attending the mobile..I have been with the bank when it was called Times bank and the services were a class in itself but now bank personnel are playing policies between each other and the costumer has to take the punch and has to suffer.I lost the offer which was on the vehicle because of HDFC bank anyway i called the branch to return my documents and that request has fallen to deaf ears too.

                              Anyways if the bank has some courtesy they can call me on [protected] to return my documents.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am Ashok Verma and was working with HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co. Ltd as Branch Manager, Gurgaon since Mar'08 till 06th Mar'09 when the HR Dept.at NFC called me and asked to surrender all the belongings and properties of HDFC SLIC. My this stint was about an year long and was put to end abruptly on 06 Mar- putting a blanket ban on my entry to office of HDFC. It was very humiliating and tyrranic what to talk of professionalism and legalities.
                                My ordeal is still on. Mr. Karan Chahar(TM) and Mr. Sameer Suri(RM) are bent upon torturing me to death. My final accounts is deliberately held up at their instructions. Also, they are very influential in the industry and have marred my all posibilities of getting a job in Insurance Industry. They both have created a nightmare full of starvation and humiliation in my life. My kids have been expelled from the school and awating a death because of starvation and humiliation for which both the above named people are responsible. Please do justice to save our life.                                   We had availed home loan from HDFC, Andheri East Mumbai branch in September 2008.of Rs.3, 600, 000.(Rs. Thirty Six Lacs) on FLOATING RATE of interest.

                                  However, it is shocking to learn that the current rate of interest applicable to me is 11.25 % p.a. which is much above the market rate of interest of 8 % - 8.5 % charged by other banks (SBI – 8 %, Canara bank – 8.25 %, Bank of Maharashtra 8.5%) (copies of evidence enclosed). Even home loan offered to new customers in HDFC is charged at 9.25 %. This is nothing but a white collar robbery as the ultimate objective of taking a floating rate of interest gets utterly defeated.

                                  2. Outcome of personal meeting with the branch manager Ms. Philomena Raisingani
                                  (Andheri East) was shocking, she candidly advised that I can reduce the rate by
                                  0.25 %, however for which the conversion fees would be 0.50 %

                                  3. We draw your kind attention to the fact that at the time of loan sanction / disbursement, during the course of about half-dozen meetings we had with bank's concerned officers, we were not told that “floating / flexible” rate of interest are meant only for upward revisions & not adjusted for downward current market rate of interest.


                                  4. When all leading banks are giving home loan at 8 to 9% HDFC continue to charge a whopping 11.25% and in particular, when we have opted for “flexible” rate.

                                  Flexible rate of interest has to be adjusted to current market rate (whether upward or downward)


                                  5. The marketing gimmick to attract customers are unjust, unfair, unwarranted, misleading, to explain, we were told (mentioned in the loan agreement as well) by very senior & responsible office that about the prepayment charges being 2% of the loan prepaid.

                                  Now, it seems the same has been increased to 3%. In this free regime of Economy, how can anyone stop people to shift other banks on better terms & services.

                                  SIR, I OBTAINED HOME LOAN WORTH 968000 FROM ICICI BANK ROHTAK BROANCH AGAINST LAN LBROH[protected] FLOATING INT RATE 11 PERCENT STARTING. NOW THIS BANK IS CHARGING 13 PERCENT PER ANNUM FROM THE EXISTING CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDING LOAN AT LOW INTERST RATE AT 9.75 % PER ANUM AND BLACKMAILING THE EXISTING CUSTOMERS THAT THEY SHOULD PAY PROCESSING CHARGES @0, 5% + SERVICE TAX IF THEY WANT TO LOWER THEIR INTEREST RATE AT 9.75% PA. WHEREAS LIC HOUSING FINANCE AND OTHR BANK NOT DOING SO.
                                  SIR, I THINK IT IS INJUSTICE WITH THE EXISTING CUSTOMERS OF ICICI BANK. PLEASE LOOK INTO AND TRY TO GIVE JUSTICE.

                                  Hi Sangeet,

                                  You are not alone. there are hundreds of thousands of customer robbed in the same way, including me. This is plain cheating. Don't understand how RBI turns blind eye towards it, if not the Govt. (who already aware of it but might be corrupt in not taking action against this so called "leading" pvt. banks because they must be paying bribe to the party which runs the govt.)

                                  And whatever Ads by PSU are kinda eye-wash. I have approached SBI bangalore after opening one account and parked 1Lac. But they took 1month to just turn down my loan req. by frustrating with some silly reasons such as "building plan must be in the name of who is constructing it, not who sold the land" kinda crap where i am the 4th owner and that happened between 1st land owner who stopped basic construction and sold to 2nd owner kinda story. So SBI marketing Ads etc. all BS by UPA govt. election stunt.

                                  This kinda non-sense is the prime reason which drove as to the pvt. bank and we trusted them as "floating" rate will go high and come down. but in reality these banks ensures it doesn't come down for the "existing" customer. This is trust breach and illegal.

                                  Also there is not even single debate about this kinda cheating in Indian leading media (NDTC, TimesNow, CNN-IBN etc). Why? because these banks gives lots of Ads?.

                                  Pls somebody who close to this media or through CitizenJournalists should bring this to their attention.

                                  So all we can do now (which i am going to do is), write (by registered indian post, because i did send email but no reply!) to the bank about why this cheating practice is?

                                  I am existing customer of HDFC, I got the statement from HDFC 2 weeks back and I was shocked to see the int rate is still 10.5% on a floating rate of 11.25L loan amount, I already increased my EMI to 15, 000. But still I feel very much burdened, HDFC offered me an interest rate of 7.25% in 2005 I was then a new customer, now I am an old customer, I feel cheated, made to fall into a Trap. RBI please save us, stipulate new norms, save the new customers from the Trap made by these financial institutions. I am in Japan now, here people get int rate at 1.5% on housing loan. In india, no body is there to regulate these institutions, they have all the provisions in the loan agreement so that they can change any norms or conditions, unfortunately the customers does not have any freedom to change these agreements. Citi holds close to 50% stake in HDFC, which means all the money sucked from us goes to US, in 21st centuary we Indians are made as the financial colonial slaves. God (RBI) please save us.

                                  You are not alone. I am one among all of you. We suffered and still see big queue of people who are going to HDFC. They do not know. Soon those new customers will realise, they are going towards a highest interest rate debt trap, which they will be unable to get rid of. Please save them. Noone told me this when I went to HDFC for home loan (not once, twice for two loans)

                                  My request to all of ... do not buy house by taking loan from private banks/HFCs. why .. read below even if you get loan at 6%.

                                  1. First and foremost in 15-20 year cycle, the interest rate fluctuation will be roughly 50 times (each year HDFC does 4 times periodic revision, they increase/decrease or stay constant).
                                  2. Each upward cycle (like from 2006 start to 2007 end) you interest rate will go up 3 to 4 %. In downward cycle it will come down 1% (say from 2008 middle to now)
                                  3. So at end of 4 upward cycle your rate increased by 12%, decreased by 4%. Effectively your interest rate will increase by 8% on your base rate (starting rate say 8%). So your rate becomes 16%. Do you guys believe it!!! That's the truth

                                  Please shout on the street and save people from not entering HDFC and ICICI. Do not talk to their agents. Draw you savings A/C money from them. Make them insolvent. Let them closed. Let them die like lehman brother's. They deserve this. Save people on earth. It's my request. We need a revolution. Today is the day. Come forward and save people. Do not take home loan from pvt bank and HFCs. If you do not agree and still go ahead. All the best!!! Sure you will write a bigger message than this in 2 years time and noone will thre to save you.

                                  This message not to encourage taking loan from PSU banks either. It's on my experience with HDFC, I am sharing. I am committed to block 100 people not taking loan from them.

                                  Being a non-bank, it seems HDFC is above law, since:

                                  1. Base rate doesn't apply to HDC and such it is free to charge as much interest rate it likes and the customers have no option but to live with it.
                                  2. Banking ombudsman scheme of RBI is not applicable to HDFC (since it is not a bank) and we have no place even to register our complaints.

                                  Either the Indian Government, RBI and other monetary authorities are so dumb that they are not assess that the largest mortgage lender in India would easily escape from applying base rate policies and ombudsman feature applicable to other banks or the impact of HDFC's cartelization and its influence in the political circles is much more than visible.

                                  I have applied for a land loan for my plot no.D-191 located at Ansal sushant city ajmer in your HDFC Pune shivaji nagar branch on 25th july as i have my own company challenging horizons private ltd. in pune.your office personnel had promised me to disburse the amount within 12-15 working days.I have been following up your office executives daily for last 45 days still there is no progress and they are behaving in so irresponsible way. sometimes they are not receiving my calls, everyday they are giving me some excuses.my file number is[protected] Everytime I called I was promised that it will take only 2-3 days more. 3 days ago when I called Mr Bhavik promised me that he will clear my file the next day by 1 pm and he will send the letter with Mr Nikalje to my home.                                       This is regarding the miss-behavior against me by GANDHINAGAR G-5, HDFC Branch Employees.

                                      As I have a HDFC Bank Salaried Account from Last more then 2.5 Years. My salary A/C no. [protected], my all the colleagues (around 120 employees) have also taking service from HDFC bank.

                                      I have applied for new ATM Debit card as my old one was missed out. After 5 to 7 days, I got SMS for informing that my Debit card & PIN has been dispatched to GANDHINAGAR branch.

                                      Afterward, I went 3 to 4 times to HDFC bank for inquiring for the same at the HELP desk, but they were avoiding or refusing and neglected me & behave just like evil. And use some manner less words; it’s very much hurt for me. As I have trusted the one of the HDFC bank in India. I have also informed to Bank that please don’t RPAD PIN Number and Debit card at my native place (at Mehasana).I want to collect it form Branch. Than also they have not given by hand and send to the house, I have confirmation as mobile SMS that I have to collect that from Branch.

                                      I was very disappointing with the service when I express my desire to meet the manager I was told to come tomorrow and he negates me & leaves the chamber. Anyhow when I reach the manager to log a complaint I was threatened by him and was not ready to listen or believe what happen instead of correcting himself he tried to prove me wrong. Till date I was very proud to be a customer of HDFC but this incident has made me disappoint. This is how a customer is treated in HDFC Bank.

                                      I have also heard others this type of behavior from the other colleagues of my companies.

                                      The managers need to have training for Customer Service. There should be some Grievance cell especially for the disappoint customers and strict actions should be taken against them or can also have some customers surveys to know the service of the bank. I would like to raise this issue to the CEO of India and the higher officials and let him know what kind of service we receive at this branch.

                                      Here I have not mentioned the employee’s names because I just want to give the warnings by HDFC bank Management team to the HDFC Gandhinagar Branch senior employees, if in future this type of approach is there for customer than I will come with the Name of the employees.

                                      I hope you will take necessary steps to provide better customer services specifically for the Client of GANDHINAGAR HDFC branch.

                                      Dear sir/ Madam.

                                      I brought the following few lines for your kind consideration and immediate action please and also suitable action against such person/ banking system.

                                      1. I have opened a saving account by depositing Rs. 10, 000-00 in your above branch and your bank allotted me above account no with a welcome kit( Copy of letter enclosed)
                                      2. Since the date of opening the account i did not operate it as i am a retired person and not frequent traveller, however i kept the debit card with me all the time as if i needed, i may use it for emergency fund requirements.
                                      3. On dated[protected], i again deposit the sum of Rs 33, 000-00 in account as cash. The copy of receipt is enclosed for your ready reference purpose.
                                      4. On dated[protected], i also deposited a cheque of Rs 8000-00 of the same branch of account no [protected] belongs to my wife (Photo copy of the receipt is enclosed) for your ready reference purpose.
                                      5. Now my account is loaded with the Sum of Rs. 51, 000-00 Plus interest given by you apoxx. Rs. 350-00.
                                      6. As i have to make an investment in favour of my granddaughter for sum of Rs 50, 000-00, I on dated[protected] issued my check of Rs. 50, 000-00 to ICICI Prudential life insurance co. As the last date for this scheme was[protected].
                                      7. On[protected], my ICICI agent called me and told that my cheque has been bounced with memo refer to drawer.
                                      8. This give me lot set back and humiliation as there is no chance of lack of funds in my account, i become culprit in the eyes of my relatives and the ICICI persons.
                                      9. Any way on 2nd of February i asked my son Anil Kumar Gupta to check the account and find the reasons. As my son is joint holder in this account, and also instructed him to withdraw the cash so that if any chance is there to regularize the investment made earlier. ( Although the last date was gone and ICICI peoples already informed that the investment is cancelled)
                                      10. As per the enquire made by my son, The cheque of Rs 8000-00, deposited by me of The account no [protected] belongs to my wife was not cleared, Thus he withdraw the sum of Rs 43, 200-00 by using his own signature on cheque no. 158927.
                                      11. I have also a hot discussion with my wife why she did not told me regarding the sufficient balance in her account, and according to her she never use her debit card . The atmospheres at my house become so tense.
                                      12. In the evening some of official of HDFC bank including Mr Kavaljet singh, & Mr parminder singh arrived in office of my son and asking for the refund of sum of Rs 43, 000-00 as cash immediately, which he withdraw from bank in the morning from my account. They pressurised my son lot by giving threats for dare consciences, and ultimately they managed to take back cash by returning the cheque no 158927 and told him that my account is blocked due to unknown reasons. And ask him to visit branch with ID’s for the regularization of account.
                                      13. The whole episodes give me lot of harassments, mental tension, & Humiliations. My son is going the branch daily and wasting his few valuable hours and till this date no action is taken by your bank staff and i am unable to use my account since there is balance amount is more than Rs. 50, 000-00.
                                      14. Now the few question to you.
                                      • When the required minimum balance is available in account, there is no reason to block the account?
                                      • If the bank did so, why i am not informed?
                                      • At the time of depositing the sum Of Rs 33, 000-00, why the concern person did not inform? And if the account was blocked, how he or she managed( Cashier) to receive the cash??
                                      • Why bounced cheque deposited in my account was not send to me by post or informed me??
                                      • I am receiving the monthly statements, why the statement is not carried INOPRATIVE ACCOUNT CAPTION!??
                                      • Can you bank official use power out of the way to treat any one at his house or office? And take the cash at 08.00pm after the closing of bank?
                                      • How an interest by monthly is being credited to my account??
                                      • Like this there are lot of question. How a bank can harassed & threat a senior citizens and their money is not at all safe in such private banks.

                                      This is regarding the miss-behavior against me by GANDHINAGAR G-5, HDFC Branch Employees.

                                      As I have a HDFC Bank Salaried Account from Last more then 2.5 Years. My salary A/C no. [protected], my all the colleagues (around 120 employees) have also taking service from HDFC bank.

                                      I have applied for new ATM Debit card as my old one was missed out. After 5 to 7 days, I got SMS for informing that my Debit card & PIN has been dispatched to GANDHINAGAR branch.

                                      Afterward, I went 3 to 4 times to HDFC bank for inquiring for the same at the HELP desk, but they were avoiding or refusing and neglected me & behave just like evil. And use some manner less words; it’s very much hurt for me. As I have trusted the one of the HDFC bank in India. I have also informed to Bank that please don’t RPAD PIN Number and Debit card at my native place (at Mehasana).I want to collect it form Branch. Than also they have not given by hand and send to the house, I have confirmation as mobile SMS that I have to collect that from Branch.

                                      I was very disappointing with the service when I express my desire to meet the manager I was told to come tomorrow and he negates me & leaves the chamber. Anyhow when I reach the manager to log a complaint I was threatened by him and was not ready to listen or believe what happen instead of correcting himself he tried to prove me wrong. Till date I was very proud to be a customer of HDFC but this incident has made me disappoint. This is how a customer is treated in HDFC Bank.

                                      I have also heard others this type of behavior from the other colleagues of my companies.

                                      It is brought to your kind attention that i am having a saving bank account no. [protected].and dmat account no.10661027.in hdfc bank Bathinda(punjab)branch. sir, i have been charged with so many times with the debit as (bank induced). i dont know when i am maintaining my minimum balance, then why so many times the bank has charged this amount. I have approched the Dmat account dealing person Mr. bajaj. but mu query is still pending with the bank. Kindly waive the charges applied to my account otherwise i have no option to close my account permanently. i have also an another salary account with this bank.but there is no redressal to my complaint.
                                      Kindly do the needful and give instructions to the bank staff to waive my charges.

                                        This is with reference to my PF A/C No - A1096 with HDFC Bank. I was in the services of HDFC bank from 29th March 2004 to 20th September 2005. (A copy of my resignation letter acknowledged by line manager Mr. Alok Mulye is attached along with).

                                        During my services I was contributing 12% of my basic salary towards Employee Provident Fund and my PF code with the bank was A1096X. Also, as a part of my contract letter dated 22nd March 2004, the bank was contributing 12% of my basic salary per month in the same account i.e. A1096X.

                                        I would like to inform you that my PF has been kept on hold and the same has been neither transferred to my current organization nor returned as per my request.

                                        When I approached the bank (Mr. Vipsi Mistry) regarding this via email on 16th August 2007, I was informed that a there is a notice pay outstanding for 21 days – amount being Rs. 17455 and the same has to be paid by cheque in favour of “HDFC Bank Ltd” .(A copy of email correspondence is attached herewith)

                                        Further, I have paid Rs. 17455 by cheque drawn on HDFC Bank and handed over the same to Vipsi Mistry towards settlement of outstanding notice period and the same has since cleared from my account. At the same time Mr. Mistry asked me to refill the PF withdrawal form and asked me to collect the PF cheque from the PF department of the bank.

                                        However, when I contacted the bank for my PF settlement I was surprised to know that the bank was not ready to pay back my hard earned PF money since there was some extra salary payments made into my account. I fail to understand as to how salary credit can happen into my account even after submitting my resignation which is duely acknowledged by the line manager on 29/8/2005. (copy attached herewith).

                                        I strongly feel that I am getting penalized for no default on my part and for some grave mistakes committed by the banks payroll department.

                                        I request your kind intervention into this matter. I also request you to advise the HDFC BANK LTD EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND TRUST to immediately pay back my PF amount along with the accrued interest by pay order or demand draft. (Provident fund statement for the year[protected] attached)
