health insurance — icici call centres biggest cheaters after confirming policy not renewed
hello,this is most worst cheating done by icici lombard health insurance, my name is rahul .k.soni. i bookek one policy from icici through online(telephone), my policy no 4034/CHI/02540048/00/000 LAST YEAR.So this year i have got a call from iciclomabard (corporate office) call centre no [protected] (Mr.Sahil khan) TO RENEW THE POLICY ON 8 AUG SAYING TO RENEW THE POLICY if he renew the policy I will get conventional benefit of Rs 10000 and 5% dicount in premium..i gave him full details obout my policy to confirm from confirmation department but there due to some differences in premium amount it was disconnected. after this as my policy last date is 21 aug, i myself call to this no [protected] to know the status of the policy, but found it was not renewed, so i request them to renew it as only one day is left.
Then again i receive a call from confirmation depatment, as to renew the policy.I gave him the full details and i was said your policy is now renewed and you will get new policy within 21 working days. I said okay .
Now on 8 sep when i call on this no 39839808 these people say your policy has not renewed and now your policy is lapsed.
Well i want to know how are these guys who say something and do domething.
I want to go consumer court regarding this if no serious action has been taken. my contact no is [protected]
Please contact Mr. Shashikant Dalvi, of Consumer Forum on [protected] and register your complaint with him. I had very good experience when I had claim problem with ICICI lombard.

I have submitted one claim for Rs. 48523/- at kolkata mediassist and latter on queryreplied on 02.12.2009 but still my claim is pending till date.please look into the matter and do the needful in this regard.

Dear-SirMy self Ambrish Kumar I have Take two family health policy from your Baddi (H.P.) representative on 23 Jun 2008, But till the date I have not got any policy or receiving from your end. I had made the payment through check (Union Bank of India Baddi H.P.).I am not accepting this type of service from your end. If you have not reply me within 24 hours then I will go for legal actions or call media persons.then you are realize what you will do with customers.
