[Resolved] Hero Honda Motorcycle — ENGINE PROBLEM | |||
We have purchased a Motor Cycle from Yuva Motors Ltd., Neelam Bata Road, Faridabad on 07.03.2012 Invoice No.9697 dt.7.3.12. The services made timely, but there is always problem in the Engine like oil leakage, clutch problem, starting problem, average problem cick missing. The Yuva Motor service person many time try to solve the problem, but till today the problem not solved. They say that the Engine Will not be repaired under warranty, as the Motor Cycle purchased on 7.03.2012 is under warranty. Kindly give instruction to solve the Engine problem. Herohonda — engine problem
I had a problem related to the engine of my motorcycle. I got it serviced many times at the authorised service centre still the problem was not resolved. When I made a complaint to the company via there website, I got a call from the local dealer who again got my motorcycle serviced. Still the problem was not resolved and I again made a complaint to the company via there website. ( Complaint no: 12010409,[protected]. This complaint was made to them about 10 days ago still I haven't received any calls from either the company or the dealer.Kindly help me with this issue.
