[Resolved]  Hindustan Cargo Packers And Movers — My consignment is not delivered

I Booked my car Ford Ikon through Hindustan movers and packers, owner name is Pradeep, booking person who came to pick up my stuff was bijender. Before getting my order he was calling me every hour for the business and asured me that car will be fully insured and if there will be any damage, Hindustan Cargo Packers and Movers will be responsible. I placed service contract with them to deliver the car from Delhi to Pune. They promised 5 days delivery, after five days when I did not recev the car I called them they misguided me that your car is on the way. finaly they asked me to pick the car as car is in very bad condition (side miror broken, battery and alternator not working, bonnet and hood lock broken, sratches all over and 900 KM driven extra). i paid 20, 000 Rs to repair my car. Hindustan movers and packers people are criminals who are torturing customers and using there consignments for criminal purposes. so i even lodeged a compaling to police but no answer still. i request to the governement of India to please take strtict action to such kind of criminal packers and movers. My name is Rakesh Kumar and i am also facing the same problem with this fraudulent company.I had booked my household goods to be delivered to bangalore from Gurgaon but due to my personal reasons could not take the delivery on time and asked them to deliver it after 1 1/2 months for which they asked me to pay for the godown and storage charges amounting to rs 20, 000 which i paid them through online transfer and they assured me that they will deliver my consignment within the next 10 days but its been almost a month they haven't sent it and now they are avoiding my calls by either not picking it or handing it over to the casual workers.I nowadys stay in Bangalore and don't really know what to do inorder to get my goods and teach them a lesson so that they won't repeat it again and harass other customers.
Appreciate if anyone can suggest me a best option on this.

I faced the some problem, I booked a vehicle to delivered at Indore. I paid the money in advance. They promised me to delivered the vehicle in 4 days. I booked the consignment on 11/17/2015 but till today is same is not deliver yet. No one picking up the call also, please take the necessary action again this people. I don't want other people face such type of problems.

My name is Manoj, I booked my household stuff including byke from Gurgaon to Jaipur with Hindustan cargo packers and movers office opp. Utsav Garden, Sanjay Gram, C-Block, Mata Mandir, Gurgaon on dated 28th April 2016 via Bill no 2227. The person who was responsible for that order was Pradeep he send two person Bijender and another guy to pack my household items. They packed and given me bill with count of 25 boxes. Next day on 29th April 2016, they delivered my household item but all item was loose, all boxes was broken, the stuff from the box was pouring out, my byke Bajaj Discover was totally damaged and more importantly i count the boxes and it was 22 in count (i.e. 3 boxes with important expensive stuff is missing). When i called Pradeep on number [protected]/[protected] he gave another number of Mr. Krishan from Jaipur [protected] whom when i ask to come and see the condition of luggage he said he is in VKI and from VKI to Jagatpura Jaipur it will take 1 hour to reach (when i called time was 7:49 PM), he will come. Now when i called him again ( at 9:45 PM) he said his vehicle was blocked on road by traffic police and he can not come to place.
I am frustrated as they charged all the amount in advance. Can anybody suggest what should i do in this case.
I want to taught them a lesson and want to get my all 3 missing precious item boxes ASAP.
