[Resolved]  hmws & sb — Contaminated Water

Good Morning

This is Mohammed Osman Shareef, the citizen of India, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad - 500028.

Complaints as follows:

1. The water supplied by the HMWS and SB board is very much contaminated and gives a very bad odor at the initial state like for around (15 - 20 Min), which is indirectly wasting the natural resource which is very precious and basic necessity of every individual irrespective of any caste, religion and Money.

2. When ever we try to contact on the customer care number (155313) it will always show busy or waiting i dont understand this concept, if such is the case then why to have a customer care cell and waste the money by paying them salaries.

3. I request our Grievance committee to please verify the problem and take a necessary action. hope it would be considered.
