HOME TOWN (Noida) — Pathetic service after sale | |
I have bought some furniture worth > 60, 000 Rs. from Home town. They presented them selves with great promises on on time delivery and excellent service later on. But the fact remains, they are worst. Now that I have discovered it, I would warn every body to shy away from HOME TOWN. I want to have some ID where I could log my complaint. 4 days back we have purchased a tea table they delivered it today after so many follow ups and now those people are telling some one has to come to fix it and it will take 2 more days. For a small thing they are taking 6 days. We are feeling very bad about this. People who are reading these reviews please do not purchase anything in that store. If you are haing so many leaves in your leave quota and have so much of patience to wait for them you can buy. And we are not very far away from home town, just a 0.5km from there.
