[Resolved]  Home Town, Vikhroli — Totally useless management and staff

They supplied me 2 extra items of Garden Chairs, or over-charged me, (Item Code[protected] vide receipt no. [protected] dated 18th Feb 2012.

Despite constant follow up with Customer Care, they keep fooling and giving evasive replies. The extra items are still there making my drawing room look like a warehouse for Future Group.

I have spoken at least 25 times to the Customer Care, and one Mr. Dilip Patel, who is supposed to be some big shot there. But, no response or action so far.

Wake up Mr. Biyani and set your own house in order before pontificating to others. Have you fallen on such bad times that you have to use personal residential premises of your customers as your Warehouse?

Home Town — Only Cheating

I have purchased sofa from Home town, Puna in December 2007 with promise to deliver in 2-3 week full payment has been made, after chasing them for more than four months finally they delivered the sofa. Again I purchased sofa from Home Town, Pune in month of June'08 but this time I paid only 50% as advance and they asked to pay day before the delivery, they confirmed that sofa will be delivered within 1-2 weeks, they called me within a week confirming the readiness of sofa and asked the leftover 50% payment and the day I paid, they again called me and told that the sofa is not available, the information given earlier was for damaged sofa available in warehouse. now it's more than 5 weeks, the same story going, every week I called them and they promise for next week. They never call customer, just a cheating and making intrest from same.
I would advice customer NOT TO BUY PRODUCT FROM HOME TOWN, KOLKATA. They are the biggest cheater in Kolkata. I have ordered a dinning table under Advance Receipt No: [protected] dt. 28/08/2011 which was supposed to deliver within 3 days. Right now it is more than 20 days and there is no sign of delivery or status report from their end. We have tired of calling again and again. As per my last correspondance, they asked me to send email at ht.[protected]@futuregroup.co.in requesting for refund. Now they guys are kept neglecting my email and not ready to provide the refund against non-delivery of product.

HOW CAN SUCH A BIGGEST CHEATER SURVIVE ?? I AM REALLY SHOCKED TO SEE SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE FROM FUTUREGROUP.

I ordered for 2 nos of the item. They fraudulently charged me for 4 chairs, and supplied me 4 chairs instead of 2 on 20th February 2012.

I have made at least 30 calls to the Consumer care, and also personally visited the store on 20th evening to talk to one Mr. Dilip Patel. He promised to have the matter sorted out by next day. Nothing has happened till now, and they are refusing to take my calls.

This reflects absolutely incompetent and desparately fraudulent management and staff. Future Group is facing crunch time, and they have apparently chosen the unethical way of making money by cheating the customers.

I demand refund of the amount over-charged from me, and immediate pick up of the surplus items from my premises. Stop using my premises as your unpaid warehouse.

Complaints written on their website have not got any response. Going by the number of complaints on various websites, I am not the only one cheated by them. Mr. Biyani needs to wake up from his stupor and do something about this unethical conduct.

Stop fooling around with words, and stop behaving like a programmed .

All the details required by you are given in my complaint. You do not need very high skills to understand the simple words and data given in my complaint.

I am sure you will better serve your cheating employer by addressing the complaint, rather than adopting delaying tactics.
