[Resolved]  Homecare Retail Mart Pvt.ltd. — PF due & PF form not received

Dear sir,

I Ankit Desai from Ahmedabad, Gujarat was working in Homecareretail Mart Pvt.Ltd(Mumbai base compony)(Magnet hyper market) .
since 1st july, 2008 to 1st may, 2009.as a Store Manager.There was total 167 staff .
DIRECTOR OF COMPONIES ARE:MR.ASHOK MAHESHWARI, OM MAHESHWARI & PRABODH SODANI.

The compony deduct our pf amount from our salary every month.now they already close down their compony from ahmedabad site.

now i and other staff demand for our pf amount but till date they are not given us.and give us pf form also.
