We have purchased a SofaSet and Center Table with Order no. [protected] and Invoice no.[protected], Date :[protected] After 2-3 Months sofa got problem and bend from one side and i hv logged the an complaint and it takes a long time to resolve it but unfortunatly it is not resolved fully. then on 06-nov-10, i have logged another conplaint (no. 158966) for color of sofa cloth get fad and springs get loose but as on today 17-nov-10 no one visited my place , when ever call custoner care[protected] different people are saying mechenic will be there today/tommorow But no luck...
