[Resolved]  Hospital — Mother's Name incorrect in hospital records

I want to apply for the birth certificate of my son which has to be submitted as a necessary document at his school. My son was born at St. Theresa’s Hospitals, Erragadda, Hyderabad on 11th May 2009. As the original acknowledgement of birth information I have lost the same duplicate receipt I have taken from hospital in which to my surprise I have found that my name i.e., ‘Mother’s Name’ is written as ‘S. Sandhya Rani’ which is incorrect whereas it is ‘G.Sandhya Rani’. Hospital authorities are blaming me and my family members for providing the incorrect information and asking to submit affidavit for correction. Sir, none of my family members have provided the incorrect information at the time of my admission in the above hospital for delivery, but the hospitals computerized all bills and receipts show my name as ‘G.Sandhya Rani’ which I have with me. The hospital has given the handwritten acknowledgement as per they maintain in their birth and death records department, but whereas the computerized is correct one. I haven’t ever changed my name legally after my marriage with my husbands name(i.e., father of my son ‘S.Mohan Kumar’) in fear of all these technical errors could occur in future but the same I am facing the trouble given by hospital authority’s error made without my knowledge. Also they have ill spoken with me for raising my voice for the same matter.
With bills and receipts it is clear that there is no incorrect information provided by us. For no fault on my part please justify me is that I should take all the troubles and run for affidavit to hospital to e-Seva for correcting the information and waste my time and money. As my husband is on transfer to Bangalore and staying with him it is not easy for me to spare more time in Hyderabad personally and get things done as now-a-days its an online process
Thus I request the concern authority to take necessary step and justify me in getting my name information corrected from ‘S. Sandhya Rani’ to ‘G.Sandhya Rani’ and update the same wherever necessary by hospital authority personnels.

SIGMA hopital hyderabad fraud heavy charge billing...PLZ never join this hospital located near your areas.you will be simply looted like any thing..MY honest advice to all residents of hyd not to get admitted into it...you will die after joining...
