House — My family is not safe because of neighbours.

I live in wajir gunj chela chawani faizabad.I am working in a company in Gurgaon.Before 12 years my father and his friend brought a plat together.
But that time My'father's friend had no any road.My father give him some space for his way for some time only. But after some time he got the road in front of his Gate. But take the stay from coart.we was in trouble. we was face much problem.

We was facing every problem.After 8-9 years we won this land from cort and cort told that, we can cover our aria without any tension.But he has hooligans that's why my father can not cover this aria.Because they are alone with my mother.

What i can do?

Please help me.If you have any idea about this then help me.
