As care giver for my property at 30 new no. 67 3rd main road, kasturba nagar, adyar, chennai 600020, I wish to request the water supply board to immediatly inform the tenant of my property to remove the wooden structure over the well which is causing a foul smell inside the well. the water has becoe filthy with insects and not usable any more. As such please direct the person to remove such a construction over the well right now as my neighbors are very uneasy about the bad smell.
