[Resolved]  Housing Society - Mumbai — Different parking fee for owner & LL

Dear all,

Im staying as LL in mumbai, at the time of agreement their was NO parking fees in our society, but after recent AGM, new parking fee structure is implemented, which says

Open parking - Owner Only 100/- PM while LL 400/- PM

Is this is legally permissible??

If not, where and how i can complaint about this..

Already had discussion with society members, they simply told you put up a written request, same can be discussed in next AGM...(which is actually of no use to me)

Mg.committee cannot charge more than the normal charge that is charged to the original member. The non-occupancy charge of 10% is sufficient to collect from the member which includes the society amenities given to the resident of the flat.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that the tenant identification submitted to the police is appreciable towards minimizing the terrorist and criminal activity which is being spread rapidly.

Further, we would like to inform you that the landloard is never bothered towards the maintanance such as broken window, cleaning of toilets & drains by sweapers, light in the waranda etc. which also causes trouble to the tenant who provides identification to the police department.

We would request that such activities are also looked while filling up the form by the landloard and submitted to the police station.

This is for your information and necessary action please.
