My self nirmal kumar karn, I have worked for six month As a sels executive

in ht media ltd (106,navyug market, gzb), behaf of adeco flexicon ltd, but my salary is pending for the month of dec 2010, I have called many time to my reporting boss , every time they told me that he will release my salary soon, but till day I have't recive my salary tell me what shoud I do
