Sir I have ordered for an htc mobile with offer as promised by you vide order number 0GA[protected] for Rs 16999.00 and amount is alredy debited from my account on 23 Oct 09. Ever since I have not received the item. Please investigate the matter and do the needful immediately. Either deliver the item to me or reimburse the money collected from me. HTC Mobile — non receipt of item
I have paid Rs.16999.00 towards the cost of htc mobile as offered by indiatoday book club on 22Oct 2009 and they promised me that the item will delivered to me within 10 working days. But I have not received the item till today.The most important thing is they are not reachable in any mode after that. I think I am one among many cheated by the firm. I am planning to move consumer court against them as I have all the proof with me to claim.
