I had ordered for a HTC-OZONE,Verizon mobile through order no.[protected]with sub order number 4318711and the same has been delivered to me through ARAMEX vide no [protected]. When i went through the settings that i nned to change all the numbers to +91 and the same couldnt be done.When i went to my service provider to set the internet on my mobile i was told that this mobile doesnt have the compatiablity. I went to one of your authorized service agent at k.k.nagar, chennai, he was in no mood to oblige and sent us back ruthlessly.I dont know what to do?. It has been a month and a half since i bought this mobile and i havent yet started using it. Please tell me what should i do? Was this information helpful? |
