[Resolved]  Htmt Global Solutions — PF not being Processed

Respected Sir,

I Rajeev.P.A was working in HTMT Global Solutions for a period of 4Yrs & 7 Months, resigned the job on June 1st 2007 after serving my 1 month Notice period & applied for the PF withdrawal on August 1st week & since then i have been following up on the PF status with my company, but to no avail.
As per them they state that the PF Account of HTMT was with Mumbai PF Office & now (Apr 2008) they have filed a Transfer to Karnataka PF Office. Till now, i do not have any idea as what is happening regarding the transfer from Mumbai PF Office to Karnataka PF Office, HTMT provided me with the Karnataka PF Number( KN/46294/0276).
Upon checking with the PF office in Bommanahalli they stated that the transfer was completed.
However when i checked with HTMT they stated that the transfer was not completed yet & it would happen only in December 2008.!!

Do we have to wait for a period of 2Yrs to get my PF amount?

kindly inform or advice with respect to the Issue mentioned Above.

Regards,
Rajeev.P.A

I completely agree with the above posted complaint as that same company took me 1year to get mine also.
First of I would like to inform ganapthy that he should respect the organisation which has given him the required exposure / training / knowledge. If ganapthy is complaning against the PF, first of all ganapathy should read the rules of PF withdrawal / transfers before going out in public against the very company which has given him bread and butter for 5 years. The company has given the PF number and ganapathy has all the rights to go to the PF comissioner to check if his PF has been remitted or not. Infact every year every employeer gives the PF slips which comes from the PF department and there is always a lag of 1 - 2 years to get the PF statement. As an employeer the employee will just acknowledge the form as a previous employeer and forward the same to the PF office. It is upto to the ex-employee and PF department as to how it is settled, and no employer is liable for the settlement. I am sure ganapthy is mature enough to check with his current employer regarding the process and he can question him self about his own actions. HTMT is public limited company listed in the stock exchange and they would not get in to this kind of cheap games like withholding somebodys PF / Gratuity. Hope better sense prevails on ganapathy and do not insult your previous employeers what ever may be the case. Today it may be HTMT tomorrow it could be xyz.
Hello,

Please be informed that,
01. Going to PF comissioner to check if his PF is some thing different
02. Getting PF slips every year is different
03. Regarding Public limited company. listed in the stock exchange (I have list of companies which is listed in BSE / NSE) who is having issue with PF amount.

I know HTMT Global Solution is not in that list, and has remitted the PF to the Government on time (There is no issues about that)

There are around 12000 Employees who is facing problem in getting there PF setteled, this is going on for past one year. (Iam one among them). Please be informed that "EMPLOYER IS LIABLE FOR THE SETTLEMENT".
I Do agree with Rajeev.

I have quti HTMT Global Solution 6 Months Back, I have worked for this company for 6 Years and 3 Months. My PF amount is around 85, 000/- delayed for more than 6 months.

I have Bank Loans and Credit Card who is charging me 3% Interest(PM) for past 6 Months. If I would have received my PF amount on time, i could have paid these Bank Loans and Credit cards and saved Rs.15, 000/-

Rs. 85, 000 x 3% = 2, 550 (Per Month)
Rs.15, 300 (For 6 Months).

Do I get this Rs.15, 000 from the Company?

Thanks and Regards
Mohan Rao Jadow
