To, The real estate officer – 2, HUDA, Gurgaon – 122002 Respected Sir, Please note that it’s a really a pain for a common man to pay back to back enhancement for a plot which he cannot build & stay (Seeing the condition of sector 52 nearby Ardee city area, I do not have courage to build the plot and I am staying in rented house currently). I would like to know answers of below questions: 1. Is court case settled with Villagers now? Where can I find details of the court case on your website? Or do I need to file RTI? 2. How much time will it take to develop the sector – 52 Gurgaon, completely? Allotment was done in 2006. 3. Are there any chances of further enhancements? 4. Why HUDA is not taking care of the piece of sector 52 which is lying next to Ardee city gate no. 3. Why are the village shops still operating on the sector 52 main road plots? Why there is no proper roads layout yet? No street lights... no basic amenities.. yet 5. Why are schools & commercial lands not having enchancements? 6. Still the situation is same in this Sector 52 HUDA plots.. actually its getting worse..

When the HUDA Parks in sector 52, adjacent to Ardee City will be fenced. Why the lands reserved for parks initially by HUDA (as per the prospectus given along with the Application form in 2003) have been released to individuals. Why the promises have not been kept by HUDA, Gurgaon.
