I have been continuosly writing to HUDA gurgaon authorities regarding my sector 57 plot which is still ommited from last 4 years .It has been a VERY VERY VERY painfull struggle so far just to get my own plot to build my house .But still no reply , WHICH IS VERY VERY STRANGE , HUDA IS NOT ABLE TO RELEASE MORE THAN 200-300 PLOTS IN GURGAON TO SOME DEPRIVING AND NEEDY CUSTOMERS .
Since I referred to various bullet points regarding sector 57 plots and is still wanting to know answer to some of the most intriguing questions from Haryana’s largest land authority HUDA .I have Eight Marla plot which I own AND HUDA ALLOTED ME THE SAME PLOT WITH HUDA ALLOTMENT LETTER and i m depositing yearly instalments on that , I m still waiting to see any action on HUDA sector 57 gurgaon plots .
We need to create lot of transparency in the processes or else common man,s trust will be shaken with the government .
In sector 57 issue I would request that HIGH LEVEL ENQUIRY OF A SCAM is required and there are about more than 200-300 allotees who are waiting for justice so that they can build their dream home in Gurgaon .I see no reason why HUDA gurgaon cannot allot alternate plots soon to effected parties when there is lot of land being availiable to them .HUDA is allotting land to private builders in all the new sectors like 71 , 72, 74 , 81 , 82 ,84 . Recently we saw DLF building private flats at sector 82 with the project named New town heights also BPTP bulidng private flats in sector 37 d, 37c .All this land has been allotted by HUDA and proper license has been issued by DTCP Huda gurgaon, when huda can grant licenses to private builders in new sectors then why cant they allot alternate plots to sector 57 allotees who are suffering badly without any home to live .
Last year HUDA held a draw on 16th July , 09 for some of the omitted allotees whose plots were omitted and released very few plots and gave a strong promise to all other parties like us that they will release our plot very soon in next 2-3 months and till now nothing has happened .This is corruption at its best .
Recently we saw big time DDA scam in delhi flats where high official enquiry is going on to punish the culprits so that truth should prevail which I think is a very positive step on part of delhi government and it urban development ministry .Therefore the urban development ministry of Haryana too needs to act now and act fast to give solace to around 300 customers of HUDA sector 57 gurgaon plots .
I visited several times to HUDA office in gurgaon and again got a same reply that you will get the plot but nothing happened so far .Already more than 5 years passed when HUDA released the draw of sector 57 in open market and this case being pending from quite a long time .What amazes me is that howcome HUDA is demanding instalments every year for the plots which are under court litigation and why HUDA cannot reallot the alternate plots to effected parties when there is so much land availiable in Gurgaon , when HUDA can allot land to private builders then why not people like us whose plots were omitted .
My again urgent submission to all is to kindly give a serious look into this matter and get some action initiated to plug the loopholes because common man is suffering to get the piece of land which is his future dream house .
LETS UNITE TO INITIATE SOME ACTION ......PLS CONFIRM FROM HUDA OFFICE IN SECTOR 56 GURGOAN ....THIS IS TRUE NEWS .....
I look forward to serious and quick action so that we can remove the curtain from the callous attitude of HUDA authorities .

I am doing lot of correspondence with HUDA but nobody give us any response of my omit plots in sector-57 Gurgaon and and neither, don't tell us any status of omit plots in Sector-57. There are still 200 (approx) affected allotees who are still waiting for clearance of his plots or an alternate plot in lieu of actual allotment. In these last 3 years, I have done lot of visit to HUDA office at Gurgaon to confirm the status of my omit plot but I always get a reply in one sentence. (We are doing exercise for these omit plots and wait for couple of months.) Now more than 4 years have been passed to pass this buck.
Few years ago, I remember it there was a big scam in DDA (Delhi Development Authority) & NDA (Noida Development Authority) and they had sorted out the matter with in half an year. I am not understanding that why HUDA not sorting out this problem. Every body knows it HUDA is the largest authority in India.
I think, HUDA staff is not interested to clear this above sector and they are harassing to allotees. We are not understanding What they want from allotees.
People who are posted in HUDA office are interested in persuing the omitted plot holder that HUDA may come out with the policy that the money will be refunded, so better u sell them now and they want to become the middlle man to earn the brokers money. I think we need to unite together and initiate legal action . My father called up the HUDA Estate office II today to know the status for his omitted plot in Sector 57and the person on line said that process is under review. Further he added that it may take at least one year to alot the plots. The strange thing is that no written communication has been done by HUDA to the alottees for these omitted plots for more than year. It is frightening to see how HUDA does not value its customers. Do you thing filing an RTI would make any difference?
We have come across that you are aggrieved with HUDA and a lot of harassment has been caused to you due to non-possesion of your plot in sector 57. We are an NGO working for the cause of civil, consumer and human rights in the NCR region and are actively involved in setting things right in HUDA. We have filed several RTI's in HUDA and lot of action has been taken due to that. Recent examples being resumption of notices to SCF owners who are using SCF i.e. shop cum flat for commercial purpose only. We have also made a complaint regarding SDE survey Mr J.S. I too have plot No 3210 in Sec 57, Gurgoan. I have been religiously sending the installments to HUDA by bank draft through post/ courier service ( as I am staying in some other far off city) but HUDA has never bothered to even acknowledge the receipt of the same. I had received allotment letter many years back but no communication after that. Can anybody tell me whether my plot is in the omitted plots list or not. To unite members on the issue and fight against the corrupt practices, A group by the HUDA sec 57 Allottees facing problems like deferring possession/omission etc has been formed, to update members on this burning issue. Since members are scattered all over the countries and find it difficult to visit Gurgaon Estate office as and when basis.

I AGREE THAT HUDA, GURGAON OFFICIALS HARRASS THE ALOOTTEES IN GIVING THE POSSESSION OF PLOTS. THE POSSESSION OF PLOT NO. 1482P, SECTOR 46, GURGAON WAS OFFERED TO ME IN THE YEAR 2001 BY HUDA, GURGAON. BUT I AM RUNNING FROM PILLAR TO POST AND HAS NOT RECEIVED THE POSSESSION TILL DATE EVEN AFTER 10 YEARS. THEY WRITE TO ME THAT I CAN COME ON ANY WORKING DAY TO GET THE POSSESSION BUT REFUSE WHEN I GO.
I agree, there are lots of issues at huda of people don't respond and even don't have update for the allotment, the same case for me for sector 52, plot was alloted in 2003 but till now there is no possession and even Huda don't even reply to RTI applications and neither responding us back.
Have submitted atleast 10 letters at Huda office but no response from them.Met with state office but still no response.
HUDA IS VERY INSENSITIVE TOWARDS ALLOTTEES.THE OFFICERS NEVER REPLY TO LETTERS AND THE ALLOTTES HAVE TO RUN FROM PILLAR TO POST FOR GETTING THEIR WORK DONE.
I AM AN ALLOTTEE OF PLOT NO. 1482P IN SECTOR-46 GURGAON. THE POSSESSION OF PLOT WAS OFFERED IN THE YEAR 2001. BUT I HAVE FAILED TO GET THE POSSESSION EVEN AFTER 10 YEARS INSPITE OF FULL PAYMENT TO HUDA. THEY EVEN DO NOT TELL ME THE REASON FOR THE SAME. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE MONEY DEMANDED BY THEM INSPITE OF VARIOUS REQUESTS. THERE ATTITUDE IS AS IF THEY ARE LORDS OF ALLOTTEES NOT ANSWERABLE TO ANY BODY,
IT HAS COME TO NOTICE THAT A LOT OF SCAMS ARE HAPPENINGS IN HUDA WITH COSIPIRACY OF MIDDLEMAN AND OFFICALS IN THE NAME OF FARMERS.NOBODY IS THERE TO CHECK AND STOP AS CULPRIT ARE VERY POWERFUL. DELETION OF PLOTS IN SEC 57 AND ENHACEMENTS ARE BABY OF CRROUPTION.
I am 8 marla plot owner in Sector 57. I have made entire payment to HUDA. I have made number of visits to Estate Office-II to enquire about physical possession, but no reply. I have made number correspondence with the Estate Office, but no reply. I firmly believe that HUDA officials are in connivance with the private builders/ property agents to encourage the litigation so that the plots are not handed over to the original allottees. There appears to be no checks to stop the culprits. This has resulted in draining out our money with no return. I request all the affected persons to unite and take up the matter against HUDA. Today I read in the Times of India that the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court has given directions to HUDA to hand over the plots to the owners within 4 months. This is a good news. I wish the group who has taken up in the Court to contact me also and if any assistance is required, I shall happily provide.
