Hushbabies.com - Delay in cash credit

Hi team,

The shipping charge refund is due from the Hush babies since 20th March, 2012.In spite of several commitments from the team the same has not yet been credited to my account.

The team neither calls back (though commits when I call the customer care) nor replies to any of the emails.
