Hi,
I had take the subscribe to save plan from hushbabies for 9 months for diapers. The diapers were delivered only for 2 months post which all orders are being cancelled (reference order number[protected]. None of the helpline contact numbers are reachable during the working hours.
Even the cancelled order amount has not yet been refunded in the account.
I have paid Rs3510 for the subscription of which almost Rs2500 needs to come back to me for cancellation of the subscription.
There is no clarity provided by the support team on how this amount will be refunded back to me.
And, incase they couldn't deliver such a subscription, why were the customers approached for the same? This is really unprofessional for a company like this.
I need support in getting my refund amount of Rs2500 back at the earliest. And, I don't recommend online shopping to anyone going forward.
