Hyderabad Passport Office — Re-Issue of Passport taking more than 3 Months

Dear Sir/Madam,
Re-issue of my passport is taking more than 3 months. I have written multiple times to the mail id provided in the passport site, but there is no use.
Irrespective of submitting all the verification reports the status is still showing as "Police Report has not been received".
I am holding a valid US visa and I am suppose to travel to US as early as possible, but it is getting delayed due this reason.
Please look into this issue and do the needful.
