Thanks for your positive response for my complaint. But problem is not solved yet.
sir, I went to take my TV tuner card at Kumar expert but he is not repaired till date. I asked from him for why it is not repaired and he tell me for go to its I-BALL service center directly. He is doing such for safe his side from any problem. I went at I-BALL service center and meet Mr. Ramakant (Service engineer) and he told me that it is not repairable under warranty scheme because it is opened and soldered internally so it comes under damaged condition. He shown internal soldering to me and told me that i opened & soldered but i did not. Sir, why need to me open or solder it while it come in warranty period. Either it is manufacturing defect or damaged by service center person. Service center person is not responding me to repair same and he told me to talk with service manager Mr. Nanuram Ji. Sir, I have trouble for such manufacturing defect piece & take TV tuner card with me at home finally in defect condition.
