This is madhuparna ghosal i have given interview in ibm 5-6 times every time i was rejected, once by, his name is dipak mukherjee stating that i am only & only int.In money & hence so he rejected me, i would like to know for wht joy does people work for money or to sleep with the employees as he does, there was another ### (Lady) no idea regarding the name but she looks like that working with ibm asked me regarding my family condition & i described her regarding the bad shape of my family & then she rejected me stating that i wnt have a job stability as my dad is very ill, i hve 2 yrs of bpo experience my dad was also ill at that point of time too but did not leave the companies untill in the work field the prob. Arrised, another time it happened that again that dipak mukherjee rejected me (3rd round) stating that i have an accent problem but i was passed in the 2nd round which was a vna round, all were crap reasons of rejections, hence launching a complain against ibm kolkata so that strict actions are taken so that they dnt play with candidates life an emotions, i defenetly want to take a step against these 2 people so plzzz let me know the contacts number or the mail ids of the most suitable person. There was an hr (Saptarshi saha) he is a very good person & he deserves an immediate promotion from an hr to some senior posts, he is very helpful, caring, decent, has a sweet way of talking never harases candidates, tries his level best for the candidates to get through, encouraging, positive attitute altogether very very impresive. His behaviour is owsome asks question to the point & then lets the candidates go, i[censored] guys go for int plz look for no other hr but for him. I wld request the ibm authorities to give him a good post as he deserves him hve got no idea that he is still with the company or not but to give him a promotion & if he is not there then to call him back as he can be an example of being a good employee of a good brand.
